amazing product would buy over and over

Wife and I use it all day. No more cleaning coffee grounds and boiling water for tea. just pop in the pods and push a button. How much easier does it get. one of the best gifts we received for XMAS

Worth every penny

I was looking to get a small brewer after using my Sister-in-laws. Loved the taste and convenience. Then, I got the Platinum for Christmas. It's fantastic. I brew a cup while I put my lunch together before work. I can have tea or cocoa when I get home and there are no wasted pots of coffee on the weekend. Best gift I got this year. In fact, my sister got the small one and has already returned it to get this one for herself.

Great for The Doctor On-Call

I will use this everyday. For a physician who is "on-call" this is ideal. Not a lot of waiting for that needed cup of coffee on the way to the hospital. No messy coffee carafe with old coffee and wet grounds waiting in the filter basket whenever you finally return home.
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Large Mug Size, Ready When Needed, Super Fast Brewing, Stylish
Cons: Need 12 oz Size

The Platinum Brewing System now has five brew sizes: 4 oz., 6 oz., 8 oz., 10 oz., and 12 oz.

Purchased this Keurig as a gift for my husband for Christmas, we were very happy with it. However, a week later we started having problems with it. I called customer service and they trouble-shooted it over the phone, we hung up thinking the problem was solved. However, the next day the problem was still there. I called back two days in a row and both days they are saying that the technicians are really busy and will call back within a few days. [...]

LOVE this coffeemaker

We purchased this coffeemaker right after Christmas. We love it! We are a family of five and each person gets to choose their own coffee or hot cocoa and there is no waste. It is easy to use and we love trying all the different Kcups. We used to spend over $12 a day at our local large chain coffee donut shop, so we are saving money using this machine. I can't comment on the durability yet, since it is brand new, but I hope it lasts because this is the most we have ever spent on a coffeemaker. I don't think it makes that much noise, like some reviewers have said. It is normal brewing sound. And it is super quick! Awesome machine so far!

Who Needs the Buck$...

Let's put it like this… We have one of these machines at our Church, and I was miss lead to believing that this is the machine my wife wanted to get for Christmas. I bought this model, and a week before Christmas I find out that she wanted one of those Espresso Machines from [...]. At the last min. I picked on up one of those OTHER MACHINES from[...]for next to nothing, so now she has both for Christmas. The other one became a novelty for three days. This machine gets used day in and day out from, Coffee and Tea which we all enjoy to the Hot Coco that is my son's favorite. You will not regret buying this machine.

Perfect cup of coffee

This is one easy to use coffee maker. No more wasting coffee. It's so easy to use and I love that I can pick the size cup I want. Smaller cup for stronger coffee or bigger cup for more coffee. Best purchase ever made. It fits perfectly on the counter and is so quick and quiet. I love it.
