Short Life

After purchasing my first brewer, it died after less than a years use. After receiving a replacement from the local store where it was purchased, I'm in the same boat again with the unit failing after slightly over a years use. A person shouldn't have to spent [$] every year to purchase a new unit. The short life span of this high priced unit is pathetic and the company should be ashamed of the poor quality.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my 1 cup of coffee in the mornings and this product is perfect!! I love it because it is quiet and does not wake my 20 month old baby up when I brew a cup before I am off to work at 5:30 am. Its easy to use and much cheaper than buying my flavored coffees at [...] 7 days a week ($22.00/week)!!! You can adjust the temperature and cup size u want which is great because I don't like my coffee burning hot!!
Pros: Quiet, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Durable, Easy to use

Another broken Keurig

My first Keurig lasted almost two years then the pump went out and it started brewing half cups or nothing. Purchased a new one and it malfunctioned within one month. Two exchanges later I finally got a machine that was not a "lemon". I have had my previous Keurig about a year and it has happend again. Half cups and will not brew. I LOVE the Keurig concept and have told all my friends and co workers to purchase machine for their homes. So disappointed and frustrated since I am sitting here before work unable to have my morning coffee.
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Great Brewer!

This is a great brewer. I originally bought the Mini Plus and upgraded to the Platinum and do not regret it at all. It heats up quickly and is always ready in the morning.
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

This was the best inveastmant i have ever made when i had an issue the support staff at the company were more then willing to help when it died after many months of use the company stood behind their product. I did not even expect them to replace it i just wanted to get it fixed and was inquiring about what or where i could get this done. They came back and said we will send you a brand new tomorrow and it was done wow great company stands behind its product.

Fourth time a charm?

My husband and I use our Keurig every day and, like many others, are on our fourth unit in less than 2 years. The first, which was a Special Edition was a gift and within 9 months started to shut down and/or stop brewing. Keurig replaced it with the Platinum model. 8 months later, it too stopped brewing. About a month ago, we received replacement #3 and within a month's time the Prime indicator kept coming up after each brew. We were led through the usual troubleshooting process; but, once again, Keurig customer service stood behind the product and #4 arrived today. Fingers are crossed! I mentioned to the CSR that all of these frequent replacements must be costing the company an awful lot of money but her response was that their goal is to ensure that the customer is happy with the product. So, if they're willing to keep replacing, I'm willing to keep trying! It does make a very good cup of coffee and, although per cup it may be more costly than a drip brewer, I don't throw out leftover coffee and no longer have to make a separate pot of decaf for my husband. Under normal circumstances, I would give the product 1 star, but when it works it's worth 5 and their customer service is worth 10. And you just can't beat the convenience!
Pros: Convenient, Good Coffee, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Unreliable

I bought my Keurig before an anticipated surgery so that I would have a simple way to let my husband make coffee. I just plain love it. I use it every day now and wouldn't be without it.

We use our Keurig everyday, several times a day and it couldn't be a better product!! Very easy to use, clean, and takes up very little counter space. So much easier and more convenient than a traditional coffee maker. Keurig's customer service is fantastic!! After owning our machine for about a year and a half it started leaking water somewhere and would cause a puddle of water under and around the Keurig after brewing. We called Keurig to see if they could help us figure out a solution. After spending some time on the phone and realizing there was nothing they could thinking of that would be causing the leak the wonderful customer service representative told us they would send us a new Keurig to replace our broken one even though we were 6 months out of our warranty. This is a company who 100% stands behind their product and strives for great customer service!!
