Good for personal office use.

It's perfect for home and personal office use. I should have bought the coin based machine though. Then work can start putting change in it before they brew. I know of two people in my routine who can't work it right whom mess the controls up. Other than that it's good.
Pros: Durable, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Complicated, HARD TO CLEAN, Hard to get used to

Died under 2 years of light use!!!

I used my $xxx.xx Platinum brewer usually on weekends for about 10 to 12 cups (distilled water) only. While it lasted it brewed great coffee, but unfortunately it died with less than 2 year in my house!! By contrast my previous $xx.xx brand-x coffee maker lasted over 10 years!!!! I could not honestly recommend this unit to a friend with such a high cost and low life expectancy!!
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Short Life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is simply the best coffee maker anyone can buy. I just got my coffee maker about a week ago, and this was one of my Christmas Gifts to myself, and I can truely say I Love It! This the most easiet versatile machine I have ever purchased, and not to mention the very sleek stylish design. The Keurig Platinum brewer makes better coffee than any exspensive coffee shop, that I have been known to pay up to 5 bucks a cup. Me and family really have enjoyed this machine, because it make everything not just coffee.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish, Durable

This is the best coffee maker ever!!! It is so convenient. After many years as a once in a while coffee drinker I now have a couple of cups every day. We love this brewer.

Love It! Don't know how I ever lived without it. A perfect cup of coffee and the only thing I have to clean is the coffee cup.

I just bought my system over the weekend and have spent the last two days brewing coffee with the K-cup samples as well as the "My K-cup" accessory. In addition, I have had tea with the hot water produced by the system. This is the BEST product I have bought in a very long time. I love the ease - from coming out of the box, setting up and the first cup of coffee. Wonderful!!I added "environmently friendly" and "saves money" to the PROs because the "My K-cup" accessory allows you to make coffee with your own grounds - no paper filter, no garage byproduct (like the K-cups). The accessory has a reusable filter and fits into the Keurig easily. I am a huge fan of [...] coffee and run by each morning for my coffee. This system will save me money because I won't be making that stop each morning. My ground [...] coffee in the My K-Cup tastes just as good as [...] brewed coffee. And, I can brew the coffee straight into my travel mug (by removing the drip tray). What a deal!?!?!I will say - the K-cup brewed coffee has a bit of an aftertaste and a funny smell which I think is due to packaging process. I tend to have a more sensitive sense of smell and taste. But on a good note - when I use the My K-Cup I don't get the aftertaste. Plus with the My K-Cup I get the fresh brewed coffee smell.I would HIGHLY recommend this product - it is the BEST!!!

Our third keurig brewer

Like another reviewer, I have owned almost every coffeemaker on the market. It wasn't until we decided on a Keurig that we finally settled on the perfect coffeemaker. We have upgraded to the Platinum Brewer and put the model just below it in our RV which replaced the small portable one. We enjoy coffees, teas, hot cocoa and iced teas. Anybody looking for a single cup brewer, give yourself the gift of a Keurig!

I am a two cup drinker and with my husband in afghanistan this allows me not to waste a whole pot. I also like that it comes with a basket that allows me to use my own coffee if I want and use the K cups for special use.
