I love, love, love this product

This is an amazing machine. Easy to use, gives you so many coffee options with the K-Cups and if you get the optional basket, you can enjoy your regular coffee as well. I will never buy another brand of coffee maker again.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Durable

Great Brewing System

I bought the first Platinum brewer for home use. My wife complained because I spent so much on a coffee maker. She quickly changed her mind and now loves it and drinks more coffee than I do. I liked it so much I bought a second Platinum brewer for my office. We both like the varity of coffees available and haven't found one we don't like.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: none

Excellent brewer, but!!!!

I am on my second PLatinum Brewer. I love its performance. I am unimpressed by its reliability. My first brewer barely lasted one year before the pump gave out. If this, my second, secumbs to the same failure, I will reluctantly have to bail out of what ahs been an excellent program with Keurig. I love the process and the product.

Recyclable K-Cups Please

Great coffee maker. My only complaint is the K-Cups aren't recyclable so you end up with a bunch of little plastic cups in your trash. I don't want to sound like a hippie but plastic is terrible for our environment when it is not recycled.
Pros: Easy to use, Extremely Convenient, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

I use this everyday and it is the best model so far. It is very quiet and fast! The coffee's taste is better than at a coffee shop. The only con is that it doesn't quite fill up my coffee cups/mugs. Buy this and you won't regret it!

This is the best coffeemaker ever!!!!

i never used my Grind N Brew Coffee maker before because it is just my husband and me, and it seemed to be too much hassle to have to make a pot of coffee. Now that we have the Keurig we an each choose what type or flavor we want, and can just make one cup vs a whole pot twice so each of us can have a different variety of coffee. There's no cleanup of the filter hlder, the grinder, the carafe, and no throwing smelly wet grinds into your garbage. It looks beautiful on my counter as well. I just got mine in the 1st week of December and have already bought 2 more for Christmas gifts. I also like that you can get gift cards to Keurig.com so people that have the maker already can just get more Kcups or supplies for their maker. ALSO the fact that there is a MY K CUP available makes it easy for people to use their fave brand of coffee that doesn't come in a K cup yet, such as Dunkin Donuts coffee. I persnally don't use that feature as I love the different variey of K Cups but would if I had a favorite brand of coffee that wasn't made into K Cups yet. I only wish there were PLAIN black tea K Cups, like Lipton or Tetley. I am a hard core Iced tea drinker in spring, summer, and fall so I can't wait ti try the iced beverage setting with a raspberry, peach or lemon iced tea K Cup. I am thinking as the Keurig gets more and more popular, all hot/cold beverage brands will become available in the Kcup, especially if you call the company and keep asking for it!! FABULOUS PRODUCT, I'll never go back to a conventional coffee maker again!

This is my second Keurig Brewer!

I use to be a casual drinker until I bought my second brewer which is the Platinum Brewer. I love this machine. I use it everyday, up to 5 times a day for myself alone. It makes perfect coffee and great tea. Until I bought I this one I didn't like the K-cup iced teas. Since this have the different brew sizes I can adjust the amount of water to add to my tea to make it perfect. I wouldn't trade it for any other coffee brewer.
