The Platinum:A precious metallic element

Platinum, the precious metallic element that resists corroding: WOW does that say a lot about Keurig! I am now in 'Coffee Heaven' with this brewer. The fast dispensing and quiet brew feature mean that,now, my dogs sleep through the sound when it starts brewing. I am just 30 points away from purchasing my THIRD Platinum brewer (gift) and my 6th Keurig to date, so you must be able to figure out that I am a satisfied customer! I am a kitchen gadget 'freak' and the ease of use, cleaning (what cleaning?), and multiple features on this unit, make it the best 'gadget' in my kitchen! I call it a gadget because gadgets make work easy and are simple to use. I guess the only thing I could wish for in the Platinum brewer would be the ability to make the coffee even hotter than the now available settings....as long as it would not effect the taste and quality of the coffee,that is. But at least I am extra pleased about being able to make my coffee at the maximum heat with the temperature setting feature. I need to stop now, as I need another cup of coffee!
Pros: Stylish, Temperature Control, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Fast Quiet, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Doesn't serve me in bed

I would buy this product again

there are times when the coffee doesn't work and we have to turn it off and then on again to get it to work. After we do this we need to put a larger container under it because you will get two cups at once. Then you can start over again with a fresh cup.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish

Great System with an Annoying Flaw

I love the available cup sizes this brewing system has, but it has an annoying flaw. Very often, the pump fails to draw enough water to fill to the size of the cup chosen. It just stalls mid-brew. Thankfully, I can just pick another size to accomodate a second brew to fill to the size I selected (or thereabout). I think this might be an electronic glitch. My friend's brewer (same model) often failed to even try to brew, and had the same partial fills. Keurig did replace her brewer, so kudos to Keurig for that. But, even with the occasional fill flaw, I still love this brewer and would recommend it. It would be perfect if not for the flaw (which is not present in another model I have).
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pump Fails Sometimes

A Prized Possession!

I liked coffee before buying this single-cup Platinum coffee maker. Now I LOVE coffee! My husband rarely drank coffee before and now he is having it daily because of the convenience and the huge selection of good K-cups available from Keurig. Sign up for automatic delivery and it will be exciting each time just to know another order of K-cups is on the way.

We no longer waste coffee; everyone drinks their own brand; every cup is hot and fresh. Awesome!!! and we also make tea and hot cocoa

Great Brewing System

We love this brewing system. Adults love the coffee varieties and the kids love the hot chocolate. We even use it during parties and the fast brewing time is great. Our only con is the tall travel mugs don't fit under the machine, but this is easily fixed by using a shorter mug and then pour it into your travel mug.
