A dear friend owns one of these. I use it whenever I visit. I've read reviews that say it's hard to operate and that it's too noisy. To them I say, "get real". There is no such thing as a noiseless machine and, ahem, hard to operate? C'mon. If my 11 year old step-daughter can figure it out and make my morning coffee without incident or error, then any adult out there has absolutely no excuse for not being able to operate this machine. Keurig coffee makers require less steps, less time and less mess to get to a great cup of morning coffee than any conventional coffee maker. Keurig does it right every time without fail. ¡salud!

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

I love this system, but it doesn't make the water hot enough, even on the hottest setting. It's also noisy and takes up a lot of counter space. I was surprised at how large it was. I do love that I can make different types of coffees, teas, hot chocolates and ciders and that I can make my own personal types of coffee if I want. I love that my friends can make whatever they want on my system, then I can come in right behind them and make whatever I want. I like how the Keurig website has videos on how to use the Keurig and will answer any questions that I may have regarding its use.

Cons: Takes up counter space, Not hot enough, Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy

We have purchased a total of 6 Keurig coffee makers for friends, family and ourselves. This is the first model that only lasted 3 weeks. We purchased it in November, 2012.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Durable, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Broke After Just 3 Weeks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Incorrect cup size volume

Cup volumes don't match the advertised amounts, e.g. 8 oz. is actually 7.25 oz. Need to add water to get a decent cup of coffee.

Very disappointed in this brewer. It broke a few days after I bought it, so I returned it to the store and got another one. The second one constantly stopped working and I had to clean it way too many times. After about a year, the motor went out. It looks nice but you'll regret buying it.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN

Disappointed

Only had mine 2 years, and spent alot of money on it. I noticed the descale logo on it and i looked it up online and did exactly what they said...I also called and talked with a support person, and still doesnt work. A little disappointed that I now cant use it and cant afford a new one...
