my 3rd and LAST unit

All 3 of my units stopped giving me full cups; IF it worked at all. I descaled them as per instructions and cleaned the needle area all to no avail. These unit just DON'T hold up to daily use
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: 3-4 months and toss it, They all stopped working, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Waste of Money

I could not be more disappointed in this thing. Has turned out to be a complete waste of money. I have now tried 8 different coffee brand/types and they are all weak and watery. I can't beleive that I fell for the hype. Will probably end up throwing the brewer away that I have only had for 4 months. Stick to your old fashioned drip brewer, you will be far better off
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Pricey / Poor Value, ABSOLUTE Waste, All hype no taste, WASTE of MONEY, Weak coffee, Poor brew, Fragile, Over rated

Pump Died

Pump died a year and a half after we got it. Totally unacceptable for a[$] brewer...
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Not durable, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Buy Starbucks instead! Wait for next gen

Worked OK for about 4-5 months. After that, would work 1/3 of the time. I did all of the recommended troubleshooting but did not work. Called Keurig and they would not fix it ("de-scale it again"). For a daily coffee maker to not work daily is a shame. For the price of this coffee maker, I could have got Starbucks everyday that it did work. DO NOT BUY CURRENT SYSTEM! Wait until the next generation so that they can work the bugs out. Highly disappointed with this product!

Fast and hot coffee!

I was ready to walk out the door and buy one this morning but thought I would check the reviews. OUCH, I huess I will keep looking or wait until they figure out how to make them last longer than a month after warrenty

I've read a lot of these reviews and people complain about their brewers just simply stopping and no longer working. Like any kitchen product it needs to be cleaned and properly maintained. I have one and so does my daughter. We both clean ours regularly and we have not had any problems. The grinds can get in the machine in places they shouldn't be if you don't clean it properly. Don't wait 4-5 months between cleanings. Come on would you wait that long to clean anything that you cook with? If so, I'm not coming to your house to eat. And if mine did stop working at some point in time, I would buy another!

Nothing but problems

In a 1 year period, I have gone through 4 new coffee makers and I am currently waiting for number 5 to be delivered. Tech support is great to work with but after 3-5 months of use, the coffee maker starts making 1/2 cups and tech support's solution is to just send me another new coffee maker. The de-liming proceedure takes 4 hours which is way to long. I did do it every 6 weeks or so and it still clogs up. For the overall costs, the coffee maker is just too much trouble to maintain. None of my other coffee makers ever caused me this much grief just to make a cup of coffee in the mornings.
