Many years of use with no problems

Have had it so many years my wife and can't remember when we bought it. It has had problems at times, but if we cleaned it per the instructions-no problem.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Durable, Fast, Stylish, Great coffee
Cons: none
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After reading some of the other reviews I should consider myself lucky my Keurig lasted 5 years. Still I'm a bit annoyed that a relatively expensive product should not last longer than that.
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile

I have two of these coffe makers and they are just wonderful The reason I have two is because I have one at the office also. So many customres come into the office and rave about the coffee and when I tell and show them the unit, they always ask as to how they can get one. I have also given them as gifts and the recipients also rave about the quality of the coffee and the speed at which it makes it. Love it.

Outstanding product for the price

Extremly simple to use. a bit noisy while priming but not a big deal. Very easy to clean. I used to have a Grind & Brew coffee maker, it was horible to clean, the KEURIG takes maybe 10 seconds, That was a big selling point for me.
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
I would recommend this to a friend!

4 oz Makes the BEST coffee

I use the Keurig for morning, office, & parties, several different ways. Summer - 4 oz for iced coffee or tea later in the day. Winter - 4oz coffee with 4oz hot chocolate for mocha coffees (open hot chocolate cups & pour into cup, rather than dispense, for more chocolate flavor). Oooh...try white hot chocolate for a special treat. Parties - I display a basket of coffees and a basket for teas. Convenient and an elegant touch! Try the Keurig milk steamer/frother for the EASIEST lattes! I am a financial person by trade and have costed out Keurig vs brick & mortar vendor coffees. They can't come close to the price, nor convenience!
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Great for stronger coffee, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, 4 oz for custom flavors, Multiple Settings
Cons: A bit noisy, Hot choc disp not great

I only wish the water would be a little hotter setting as I use milk in my coffee and it instantly cools it down.

I was a little intimidated at first when I opened the box but after getting everything in order it was a breeze to operate. I've had it for 4 months now and have zero issues or complaints! I hope that more coffee/tea companies jump on the K-Cup bandwagon as my only fear is that this is just another trend that will fizzle out in a 2-3 years. All that aside, It's a great idea made reality and I'm enjoying the end result: hot coffee/tea made quietly, quickly and best of all - perfectly.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Lack of K-cup variety
