Brews excellent tasting coffee

Very good product except it only brews 2 cups of coffee per k-cup, other cups will be watered down and the full flavor will not be enjoyable, this can be costly seeing that a box of k-cups are 8.99 & up depending on the brand, should brew at least 10 cups of coffee at full flavor to compete with price

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

Great cofee machine BUT

It s a great maschine but the water doesnt get hot enought when you add the milk its pretty cold The largerst size is not big enough for a 16 oz mug so the coffee is not strong enough
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable
Cons: Doesnt get hot enough, Need a bigger size

Have had ours about 2 weeks. We purchased quite a few K-Cups to use (variety). I think that was a mistake. Lots of hype but the product does not deliver. I am considering returning the unit. Use this mainly in the morning, out the door, cup to go. It is fast, very convient and quiet. Controls are simple and the menu is easy to use and read. Like the auto on/off and timer features. Footprint is not too bad. BUT: It does not make very hot coffee. Most of the coffee taste stale and flat (Which may or may not be the machine). Not what I would call good coffee. For someone who doesn't mind a warm, marginal tasting cup of coffee, from an expensive coffee maker this is for you. K-Cups are not recyclable. Save your money. Look elsewhere. There are far better coffee makers for the money that out shine this thing.

Cons: Coffee is not hot enough, Pricey / Poor Value, Poor taste and quality, Waste of leftover K-cups

This is so awful a product for the price. Our 17$ pot works better at work. Bought this and after 3 months it quit working, called company and they finally replaced it after 2 calls, the 2nd one is now doing the same thing. Can't believe this! Took it out and through it in the garbage !!! My friend said her mother was about to purchase one, I told her she would regret it.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Awful awful awful, Expensive but very bad, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

The bug needs fixing!

I was excited at first with having purchased the Platinum B70. But after approximately 3 weeks of use, the "PRIME" light commenced to flash and would not go off. I had to completely unplug the cord and wait if few minutes to replug it in order to get the "Prime" light to turn off. Mind you, I always used filtered water, and the "PRIME" light would continue to flash on, regardless of the great maintenance that I would apply. DO NOT BUT THE PLATINUM B70 series. They have a serious mechanical defect or bug!
Pros: Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Convenient, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, User Ffriendly, Fast
Cons: Glitchy

Use it Every Day maybe 3 times a day for Coffee Coco Tea! Great when i first get up in Mourning Quick & Easy! Great when you just want one cup are 2 in Mourning,Old Coffee makers took to long & I did'nt want a whole pot of Coffee! Cons, Not sure how to program in Automatic brewer for morning!

Cons: Complicated
