I adore my Keurig Brewer!!!

I absolutely love this unit.... Unfortunately I'm on my third unit. I only use filtered water, I descale the unit every few months, I clean the pin openings top and bottom after every 8 cups, I never use ground coffee other than the K-cups and the brewer always breaks before the first year is up. I wish it was more durable and lasted longer because it is one of my favorite appliances in the kitchen. I do have to say that the customer service at Keurig is A+++. They are so accommodating and nice that I can't be mad at the fact that their brewers do not last. I've read about people having their units for 2 years and I'm jealous. I wish Keurig would take this to heart and make a brewer that has integrity and lasts longer. They are just too delicate for the high cost to buy them. I would think that Keurig loses a lot of money replacing the ones that break before their warranty is up. Either way, as long as Keurig continues to treat me with excellent service and replace my units when they break, I'll keep trying for the perfect brewer that lasts as long as I think they should. I recommend this product only because Keurig has such excellent customer support - otherwise, I wouldn't be able to in good conscience.
Pros: Fun to Use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Convenient
Cons: Not durable, Pricey / Poor Value, Needs a bigger Water Tank, HARD TO CLEAN, Doesn't last, Fragile

I had to call customer service because my brewer was not working! They were FABULOUS!!!! Our machine was clogged and the customer service rep was more than amazing! She walked me through the unclogging process and it worked! I would HIGHLY recommend this machine! Love it! We have had it for a year and use it EVERY day!
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use

Works Great right out of the box

Each cup that is brewed tastes perfect. We start in the morning and drink throughout the day, so the freshness and coffee variety really makes us happy. In the past, we'd brew four or five pots and after a little while be forced to drink bitter, scorched coffee. Now, we drink what we want, when we want. We switch varieties to try new things, and if we like it we'll cut off the top foil and put it in the box so we can remember to order that again. Truly a wonderful concept and quality products.

Worst Coffee Maker ever

I owned this coffee maker a little over a year, and cleaned regularly. Now it has completely stopped working. Its already out of warranty. I do not recommend this coffee maker, for [$] it should last a long time.

Keeps breaking

Unfortunately, I am on my 2nd machine and this one has broken again. Starts short cupping, then stops priming. I descale religiously, tried the paper clip thingy,only use filtered water, even changed the K Cup holder to no avail. Keurig replaced the original with this one, and I am hoping they will do so again, however, I'm out [...] all those wasted K Cups. I am very disappointed because the coffee is like no other.
Cons: Fragile

Water Pump and Brain Problems

What I like is the fast and easy daily no prep and clean up to make a good cup of coffee, when the machine works. I have had the same troubles as other reviewers with the pump and brain of my first machine. Started erratically about 4 months after I got it, so I quit using the timer settings and just turned it on and off manually. Then the whole thing went kaputzy crazy. I have to get up at 4AM and dont feel much like dealing with attitudes at that time of day, especially before I have had my coffee! Did the troubleshooting thing and descaled and so on and so forth. Bottom line, the brain malfunctioned and the pump sucked, so they did send me a new machine. (Also, I babied it and only gave it pure water made for babies. My daughter's machine - she abuses and it has it's problems but still works better than mine did.) I have coffee made easy again, but for how long? I dont know that I whole heartedly recommend it - maybe a different brand sold on their website?
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Will be on my first replacement

I had my first machine for about 6 months when it started making half cups. After following the directions to descale all seemed well for a short time and I descaled approximately 4 additional times but unfortunately that did not help. It just gave out. I am amazed that the office I work in has had a commercial model for a least two years that is absolutely filthy and it is always working perfectly. The folks in customer service were most nice and and since they noticed I have made numerous calls they offered a replacement. Why I had to be at my coffee maker when making a call I do not know. They already have the serial number when I registered it. We will see how long this replacement works when I receive it. I hope longer. I do enjoy the machine.

This is my second brewer. The first one died after about two years. Customer service was great, after trying to trouble shoot the brewer they decided to send me a new one at no cost.Keep up the good work.
