Difficult to use

We purchased the filter system to go with our unit and it will not fit. The company has no interest in customer satisfaction just the profit from selling coffee. Someone else needs to come out with a brewer that has some of the features and none of the attitude of Keurig.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Complicated
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased this product (B70)and it started giving "prime" messages on the 2nd day. After 2 weeks, it quit working completely. Even though customer service replaced the product, I am certain this 2nd one will fail given comments made by others. As of now, the 2nd one has lasted 3 days but I have only made 6 cups of product. Just waiting for it to fail like others have stated. Customer service folks are quite polite but I would rather have a quality product and not deal with these nice folks. Keurig needs to get its act together before all business is lost....sad state of affairs. Did I tell you the the customer service folks, out of Georgia, are quite professional.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The model B60 only lasted approx. 8 months before it stopped functioning. Made a cup of coffee then the machines power went out would not come back on. Tried different outlets with no success. Unfortunately, I did not register brewer thinking it would last a long time. Bought a second machine B70 before I read customer reviews, hope I didn't make a mistake on the purchase, time will tell. Other than that it did make a great cup of coffee.
Pros: Makes great cup of coffee, Fast brewing, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Plastic Coffee

I really wanted to love this coffee maker. So much so that this is actually the second time that I've tried a Keurig coffee maker in hopes that they had fixed the plastic taste that comes with their machines. Unfortunately, the first cup of coffee that I brewed with the K75 still had the signature Keurig strong plastic smell and taste that I had with the Keurig K60 that I bought a few years ago and then immediately returned. Yes, I've seen the reviews that tell you how to get rid of the plastic taste by running vinegar through the machine, but in my mind, the number of steps that it should take to get a product that makes a food or beverage to not taste like plastic should be zero. Honestly, even if you get the Keurig to not taste like plastic (running vinegar through it got rid of 90% of the smell and taste) do really trust what is still left in it? Even after getting rid of the plastic, the Keurig makes a cup of coffee that tastes like mud. I bought this unit because it can make a 12 oz cup, but on that setting, the K-cups that I tried turned out weak and tasteless. Even with the "My K-Cup", the only way that I could get a decent cup of coffee was to grind the beans so fine that they clogged the screen, took forever to brew, and left a ton of sludge at the bottom of the cup. This coffee maker is sub-par at best and limits itself by only heating water to a max of 192 degrees. Consumerreports.org states that the optimal brewing temperature is between 195 and 205 degrees so this product is limited out of the gate by its design. If you don't care about sub-par coffee that tastes like plastic and just want a quick puddle of brown water in you cup, go for the Keurig. Otherwise, get a decent drip brewer and actually enjoy what you're brewing.
Pros: Quick
Cons: Plastic Coffee, Weak coffee, Brown Water

BAD SMELL AND EVEN WORSE TASTE

When i first got this machine i cleaned it and then brewed a cup. I first noticed this terrible odor coming from the coffee and then the taste was even worse. It smelled and tasted like burned plastic. I read other reviews and decided to use vinegar, didnt work. I just feal when you pay [$] for a product you should be able to use it out of the box and not have to clean and flush it for days befor use. It looks nice but it has this cheap plastic container for the water which is the problem. Glad they cheaped out on this product but still charge full price. Bottom line, dont even think about buying. Worst product ever made!
Pros: None
Cons: Tastes like plastic, Smells like plastic, Awfull taste
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

At first I thought it is a good machine but after few months it won't give the amount of coffee to it won't brew at all. Very diappointing. Adding insult to injury customer service won't anwser their phones. I wrote an email to complain then they asked me to call customer service. How rediculous is that?
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
