Bought this for use at my place of work. Twelve to fifteen people use it many times daily. I had purchased a different one for home use years before and it broke down in less than 7 months. This platinum model has been in use at work for almost two years with only some minor hiccups along the way. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for one with a reservoir.
Pros: Fast, Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Technical Issues

Not Hot Enough

I am very disappointed with the temperature settings. When I make tea the max temp of 192 degrees is not hot enough. I test it and when the tea finish brewing, it only last for a second before the temperature starts to go down. Best to use the old fashion way A KETTLE. Keurig serves its purpose for coffee. Not for tea or hot chocolate.

Cons: Complicated, Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy, Not hot enough

I USED THIS BREWER FOR EXACTLY TWO YEARS, THEN IT DIED. I THINK A 30 DAY WARRANTY FOR SUCH AN EXPENSIVE ITEM IS NOT APPROPRIATE ENOUGH.

Be aware system is very unlikely to out live the old fashion drip perculator - too many little bells and whistle things to go wrong. Have learned system does not like hard water a tall - learn to use distilled water in reservior tank to possibly help and aid against "De Scale" procedure.

Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Does not last long

I had this for 6 months and used it daily. I loved that it was so convenient. Last week when I was brewing a cup of coffee water started coming out from the bottom of the brewer all over the countertop. All the water in the chamber drained on the countertop making it useless. This machine is to expensive to replace.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile

Watered-down, diluted coffee

Tried a variety of K-Cups and this machine produces the most god-awful, diluted coffee I've had in my entire life.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Diluted Coffee

beautiful wish it came different colors

love the machine there are days that I will have four to six cups of coffee each one just as fresh as the first Only wish that I could get it in the color red
