Never a Problem - Great!

Bought this for my wife over 2 years ago and not one problem. We have used it everyday to make 2 - 3 cups of coffee. I like the selection of coffee and tea also. Per cup it is much more expensive than a big pot of coffee but we would always brew a pot and throw 2/3's of it down the drain.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fast, Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Works Great! Service is Great

This product has been great. Experienced a plugged nozzle, service explained why and how to clear it,(three easy steps) and have not had any additional problems. Rounding the corner to having it one year, family use 10 to 12 times daily, and could not be more pleased.
Pros: Fast, Great Service, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Durable, Easy to use

POOR HOME INVESTMENT

It appears to be "state of the art" product, but filling with water and lifting the handle is not ideal. Choice of colors is good. Durability is terrible, very complicated to clean and maintain. Product is overpriced and poor quality.
Pros: Colorful, Conversation Piece, Unique
Cons: Not friendly to use, HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey to use, Noisy, Takes up too much space, Not durable, Inconvenient onoff, Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile

Can't store the brewer

I found out when trying to store my brewer, that there is no way to empty the inner tank. To me, this is completely unsanitary and a potential health hazard as the brewer doesn't get up to boiling temperature and you are unable to either empty the inner tank so it can dry out and not grow bacteria, or see the condition of the inner tank after it has been stored. Also if you're moving, you need to make sure the brewer remains upright, which if you're using movers, is likely not going to happen.
Cons: Complicated, HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value

Going back to drip coffee

After going through two brewers in 18 months, I just went back to drip coffee. I love the taste and variety of the K-cups, but they are expensive and the brewers DO NOT LAST. My previous drip coffee maker cost one quarter of a Keurig, and was still working after five years. A nine month life cycle for a brewer that costs this much is simply not acceptable. Keurig - please let me know if you improve your quality and I'll be glad to come back. Until then - my stock of K-Cups is going up for sale.

This brewer is great if it works. I am on my third warranty replacement brewer. They last about 10 months and then they just quit brewing. I've followed all the instructions: don't use hot chocolate, descale every 3 months, use filtered water, use their filter, don't use my own coffee (only use prepackaged k-cups). It does not matter what you do, it will quit working after about 10 months. You'd think after having to replace so many they'd figure out what will make a machine last. VERY frustrated customer!!!

Stopped working after 5 months

Terrible product. Stopped working after 5 months. No water will pass thru the system. Even when we first got it, it made a pretty weak cup of coffee. Went thru descaling process 3 times even before it finally just stopped working. As a one upside, technical support is going to send us a replacement. Hopefully, we just got a bad egg.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy, Stopped working, Weak coffee

Love this machine. Only wish it came in bright red or other fun colors to match the theme in my kitchen. Officially addicted to my keurig
