I've had this brewer for two years and I have to replace it. It doesn't brew a full cup anymore, it leaks from the bottom of the machine, it pumps hot water back into the water reservoir. Shuts off for no reason and For the money they want for this brewer it should last longer than two years. I've got a Mr. Coffee drip brewer that I used everyday and I've had it for 8 years no problems and it only cost me $40.00. I only bought the Keurig for the convience of a one cup brewer. This is the second one I've had; the first one didn't even work but at least it was under warranty so Keurig had to replace it.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So Disagree with others Con Reviews

I had a bit of a time when I first used it with the light flashing all the time, but merely lived with it by turning it off and back on, after a few times...it just stopped. No problem with cleaning, it being noisy, can make all size cups with mine, was a bit pricey...but I wouldnt give it up for anything now. The only question I have is how and where is the filter they sale goes...help there would be appreciated.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fast, Easy to use

My Family Loves This Coffee Maker!!!

My family and I use this brewer on a daily basis. It's great when everyone prefers a different hot beverage. You can go from coffee to tea to hot chocolate. It even makes cold beverages over ice. The only downfall is my last unit only lasted 2 years. I feel the quality should be better for the price.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Should Last More Than 2 Y

Got my wife this brewer, so far its great!! Just make sure you install your filter first, I got carried away and did initial set up first before puting in the filter, but otherwise, brews very fast, the k-cups are kind of bland though, need to add your own sugar, set up was very easy, my wife loves it!! I just wish it had a setting for extra large mugs, only down fall thus far, i have a larger mug and only fills it 3/4, but ill live.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes

My Keurig coffee maker

I love my machine BUT the K-Cups are too expensive! my wife and I between us drink average 21 cups a day. I figured if I bought a case of 54 cartridges from a warehouse store for $36.00, it would cost us $429.66 a month. A 3 pound container of can coffee costs about $13.00 and makes over 360 cups. Too rich for my blood Chuck F Sr Fairfield CA
Cons: K-cups Too Exspensive

DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!!

When my Keurig didn't work, after only six months, this morning, I called the customer service department. I was advised that my machine had already been replaced for some person I didn't know...WHICH IT HAD NOT!! Apparently customer service has used my serial number and attached it to the replacement of another item for some other person. I had my machine right in front of me so it had not been exchanged for another!! Customer service will not assist you with repair of this device when it stops working. Keurig machines tend to stop working within the first year of having them. I would not recommend this machine at all to anyone. I highly suggest you not purchase a Keurig!!
