Needs improvement

I love the Keurig but it should last longer than 1 year. It is pricey. The company does not stand behind the machine at all. I am going to purchase one more, but if it doesn't last longer, I will not buy another.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile

SHORT LIFE!

One expects that when a company boasts that it will provide years of satisfying performance, the product will live up to expectations. Especially given the price one pays for this unit. Even with proper maintenance, our maker ceased to function after just a year and a half. I find this to be lamentable.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile, Complicated, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

bought a Keurig at Costco in Dec 2013 worked good for about 2 weeks then prime started appearing tried fixing it according to manuel even call the number in book rep, walked us through the prime issue still did not work took it back for another one about 2 weeks again prime appeared by this time I am disgusted, called help line talked to a very nice person went through the fixing process still had problems and I went from using faucet water to bottled and no change the rep said if using city water not a well water city water is filtered and would be fine, I have 3 different family members who has the model I have they have no problems oh wait one family has the K65 model and no problems,, now what do I do. not sure if I would recommend or not..

It's Junk

Got it from COSTCO. Haven't had it a week and the pump stopped. Will be returning it to COSTCO. We had a Mr Coffee K Cup machine before that lasted a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Brewing System

My husband likes this for coffee in the morning and evening. I use this throughout the day making tea or cocoa since I work from home. Great coffee maker but it should last more then 2 years.
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Lasted Less Then 2 Years

Louder Was Better

I have owned and given many Keurig brewers. Upon purchasing the B70 & B77 models I have found that second generation brewer is not nearly as good as the original loud brewer. I actually requested Keurig send me a loud brewer but they had none. I've been trying to deal with my 'new' brewer since August, I've had three already and I can't wait to buy another one which might be better or go to a different brand. The coffee isn't as hot. The coffee is weak because too much water is being dispensed, the needle clogs up constantly, I never had these problems with the first one. I am so very disappointed. I wish I had bought another of the loud original models since I have cases of k cups.
Cons: First gen brewer better, Coffee isn't hot, Fragile, Quiet doesn't mean better

DOES NOT WORK!!!!

I wish I had read the other reviews on this brewer before buying it. It worked fine for a few months and then it started "shortcupping" as Keurig calls it. After asking a whole bunch of questions on they type of water and coffee I used they blamed it on tap water use and that I use a reusable K cup. They made me clean out the "needle" with a paper clip and told me that I have to do this EVERYTIME I make a cup! They also said that my coffee is clogging the machine because I use the My K cup. Why do they offer the reusable K cup if it damages the machine? They also said to use filtered water. I have been descaling the machine and cleaning the needle for a few months and now it does not take in water anymore. I called them again and they said I a not longer in the warranty period of 1 year. They "tried" helping (blaming) me again and then attempted to sell me on another machine at a "discounted" price. The customer rep. also asked if I "ever bothered to open up the user manual" on the machine. Bottom line is they make a poor quality machine and have really poor customer service.
