Awesome, but beware!

Watch out! I put a meter on this puppy and when it's on and not brewing it still uses a lot of watts, 480 watts but off and on.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use

Still absolutely in love with my Keurig

I left a comment back on Sept. 12th and wanted to follow up. I never was one to depend on reviews and the full word of others to make my decisions. I am happy that I listened to those that I called on for help when I bought my Platinum by Keurig!! I am so happy with my coffee maker and how it has pleased the crowds that I have during gatherings at my home. I use it several times a day and it has never failed me. All of my friends and family have made small comments when presented with a fresh cup while visiting on how pleased they are with the coffee maker as well as the variety of coffee I can offer. Today I bought 3 more as gifts for the holidays. I can only hope they have the same joy day after day that I have. Just as a small side note- I did have to work with customer service because I did not receive an order I placed for K-Cups and they were fabulous. The rep that I worked with was very helpful and pleasant and followed up as promised - and it wasn't even an error on their end! Truly an A+ experience all the way around.

Didn't last long

We've been using Keurig for many years. My wife bought this model (we like the different size options) and it did not last long. "Prime" comes up after every cup and water would sometimes leak out the sides where the cup is-I did make sure holes were being punched through the cups. What a disappointment after so many years of enjoyment with the other model. I should have read more of the reviews because this seems to be a very common problem with the B model.
Pros: Easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We loved the idea since I have to drink decaf & my husband drinks caf coffee. We had one and it quit working. Sent it back to Keurig and they sent another one. We did all the things recommended and even used filtered water all the time. It lasted about 6 mos. Never heard back from the company. Very disappointed since we have quite a stock of K cups. Debating on a Cuisinart but leary because these units are not cheap!

New B70

The B70 is a fine coffee maker. I've puchaced the B70 with my eyes wide open after reading the issues. So far so good but it's only been one day. I'll up-date this review if any issues pop up. BTW, I gind my own coffee and recommend a very fine grind when anyone does this using the B70 and the "My K cup Filter".
Pros: Easy to use

Good but inconsistent...

Convenient, but getting inconsistent fills per coffee. Also, the drip tray (platinum model) wears quickly and doesn't ever look clean after washing. The metallic tray should just be plastic. Improve the quality and consistency and this would be a great product.

Best Coffee Ever

I love my Keurig Platinum Coffee Brewing System. I am home all the time and I constantly have a cup to sip on through the day. If it gets cold before I drink it all, I put it in the microwave a few seconds. I haven't had it long enough to know if it is durable or not. It brews a cup in less than a minute if you keep it on and if it has been off, it takes about 2 minutes for it to be ready to brew. I can't say enough good things about it. I love the variety of K-cups offered also. It will take me awhile to try them all. The K-cups are priced well too. They cost less than the grocer with your 10% discount and have more varietys. Thanks Keurig for bringing us this great coffee brewer. All coffee lovers need one. It's a great Christmas idea!!!!

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Love Love Love This Machine!

We've had the Platinum Brewer for over a year with no problems and we love it. We initially thought we would use it once in a while and still mainly use our drip pot.....but that was not to be as we were totally spoiled with the ease and quickness as well as always getting a fresh cup of coffee from this brewer. We use this machine multiple times throughout the day, every day, and can't live without it.
