Very handy. I can make two or three cups ( when it's working right, in minutes.
Pros: Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Very handy
Cons: Doesn't always work right

This Machine brews cup after cup almost instantly.And there are So many Flavors to choose from there is something for everyone, Who Needs Starbucks or any other coffee house for that matter. But I would like to see the the water Filter come as a Standard not an Option so That everyone Has the Best Brew (or Taste) Possible.
Pros: Many Flavors 2 Choose, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

I have used this brewer since July 09 and it has performed flawlessly. I have since purchased two others for gifts.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

I Love My Keurig Platinum!!

I am the only coffee drinker in my house so I wanted a good quality single cup machine. The platinum has not only met but exceeded all my expectations! My husband loves the tea and my boys love the hot cocoa! This machine does it all and the coffee tastes great. I can choose my coffee strength with each cup and clean up is a breeze! Well worth the price....

Makes great coffee but is unreliable. I have returned 3 units back to Keurig and am having issues again with my fourth brewer.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Stops working regularly

Keeps Shutting Off, must return

My husband and I were enjoying the Keurig single coffee maker but it has been shutting off and I must return it to [@] where I purchased it. I have seen others returning them as well. Is there a problem with this particular machine? It is very convenient. It doesn't get as hot as we would like. Debra

DONT BUT THIS. I JUST GOT MY 4th REPLACEMENT AND IT LASTED ONLY 3 DAYS!!! WILL ONLY BREW 1 CUP THEN SHUTS OFF. EVERY MACHINE IS THE SAME.AFTER 4 IN A ROW I HAVE TO BELEIVE THAT THERE IS A 100% FAIL RATE ON THESE MACHINES.KUREG IS ALLWAYS WILLING TO SEND OUT REPLACEMENTS AND THATS NICE BUT HOW ABOUT MAKING A [$] MACHINE THAT WORKED? I ASKED FOR AN UPGRADE TO THE BRAVELLI AND THEY WERE WILLING TO DO THAT SO [...] WE WILL SEE ABOUT THAT ONE. ALL THESE REPLACEMENTS.... AND THEY HAVE ME THROW AWAY THE DEFECTIVE ONES.... NO WONDER THE MACHINES AND THE COFFEE ARE SOOOO EXPENSIVE. THEY HAVE TO RECOUP THEIR LOSSES SOMEHOW. ILL KEEP ON GETTING THE REPLACEMENTS AS I NEED TO RECOUP THE COST OF MY REUSABLE FILTER. DONT BUY ANY OF THESE MACHINES. GOTTA CALL CORPORATE HQ NOW.

WONDERFUL COFFEE, EASY AND CONVENIENT

MAKES THE BEST COFFEE ANYWHERE. PUTS STARBUCKS TO SHAME. I AM NOW ON MY FOURTH UNIT SINCE DECEMBER. IT SEEMS THAT THE WATER INTAKE FAILS TO TAKE IN THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF WATER EACH TIME AND SHUTS ITSELF OFF. THE COMPANY HAS BEEN GREAT ABOUT REPLACING THE FAULTY ONES. HOPEFULLY THEY HAVE THE KINKS WORKED OUT AND THE ONE I RECEIVED TODAY WILL BE THE LAST ONE.
