Fix your Keurig with a paperclip!

Many of the complaints I have seen are because it shuts off mid-brew or does not fill the cup with the correct amount of water. You need to clean your needle! If you leave your Kcup in for hours after brewing it will clog the puncture needle. Clean the needle out with the end of a paper clip, then flush with a few cycles of plain water. Your Kuerig will be back to good as new. (All of this is in the owner manual) Next time, throw out your Kcups as soon as your done brewing to prevent the problem. We love our Kuerig! Take care it and it will take care of your morning caffeine fix! :)

Great when it works....

I actually purchased this one secondhand for a $1 so when it stopped working I was not angered, however, I left it alone for a few weeks and let it serve as counter decoration and now it works just fine (for now @ least)... Disappointed at the reviews... was hoping this was just a defective one but I guess not :(
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for Tea or Coffee/Great Support

I've had mine for over a month and use it several times a day. I am not a big coffee drinker but do enjoy a cup from time to time. I am however a lover of Great Hot Tea. It is perfect for both. I had a small problem today, but called support and it was fixed in less than 15 minutes. All I had to do was re-set the water holder and I was back in business. Fantastic Support! This was a Great buy for me.

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

3rd, B70 after 1 Yr. I love the unit. Just don't have the confidence in the product. I am hopeful that the 3rd is a charm. After reading nearly all of the reviews, in hopes of getting a good under standing of the problems that I experience (same as everyone), I was hopeing that someone would have the solution to my problem. Their was'nt any. Approximantely 75% of those who would recomend the product admits that they experience the same problems as we all do, and has replaced it 2,3, and even 4 times. I think that this time, it will be my last attempt. If it fails, I'm just glad that I purchased it at a place that has a good return policy. MONEY BACK.

Cons: Will not last

Very Disappointed

I only use our brewer a few times a week. My husband uses it 1-2 times a day. This is our 2nd brewer. The first one lasted about 14 months ($12.79/month). This one lasted 3 1/2 years($4.26/month). Since we do love the convenience, we are hoping the 3rd times a charm. But 3 strikes you're out. I will not purchase a 4th, no matter how many k-cups I have. I would recommend just for the convenience.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Convenient, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

This product is the best easy, simple and fantastic to use. My wife and I purchased the Platinum and the coffee issued with this product was dynamic and as my wife says it's delicious in taste. I drink the Coco and that was marvelous. I recommend this coffee brewer to almost anyone out there who drink, coffee, tea or Coco. LOVE IT THANKS!!!

Excellent - but not Exceptional

Brews an outstanding cup every time. I have an older model the is still a bit noisy. I can't say how improved the new Quiet Brew Technology is. My only knock on this unit is that the On/Off switch is on the back of the unit at the bottom and is a real pain to get to on a daily basis. I'm not a ritualistic coffee drinker, so I don't have a set time I use the unit every day and I don't want to keep the unit heated up on a continual basis when not needed. Other than that, this is a top notch unit and I've been a Keurig fan for over 8 years.

Cons: A Bit Loud, Hard to Turn OnOff
