Great Brewer

Bought this in July of 2009 and have used it everyday since. As long as you maintin it like the manual says, it works great. Although it worked great for this long, I decided to cash in my reward points and get a B155 model. I have had no complaints about the Platinum and would recommend it to anyone.
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Stylish, Easy to use

Great Customer service; brewer just OK

We've been using Keurig since 2008 and this is our 5th brewer and the 3rd one that has broken. There seems to be a problem with the internal mechanisms lasting. This latest one was only 9 months old before it died! They just stop pulling water into the internal chamber, which results in smaller than usual cup sizes. On all 3 brewers the same thing happened. They are "disposable" coffee machines, which is a shame because we love the brewer. Wish they would fix the problem. On an extremly positive note, the customer service is awesome! So far we have had all our brewers replaced by Keurig! For this reason I would recommend them.

Cons: Doesn't last, Pricey / Poor Value

Waste of Money

One month after purchasing this unit the water stopped pumping. The water resevoir keeps telling me there is no water when in fact it is full. Called Keurig and all they want me to do is keep trying different things to get it to work. VERY disappointed in this machine and in Keurig Customer Service. Will not purchase again.

Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Great Cup of Coffee

i have one cup every morning, two on weekends. Have the Platinum B70 model i received for xmas a couple years ago. with proper maintenance it gives a hot tasty cup each time. Worked well then all of sudden the pump didnt work properly and only got partial cups, then would have to reset machine to get another cup. Called Keurig and their friendly, helpfull customer service rep A. Butler surprized me by sending another replacement Keurig. That was like another xmas gift. Makes doing business a relief when a company stands behind their products. Thankyou keurig....i recomeend you to everyone!!!!

Great customer service

My husband bought the B70 Keurig brewer last year just before christmas. In June he left for Afghanistan, and since I don't drink a lot of coffee (just the occasional cappuchino or espresso, which it doesn't do well), I stored it. Well, today I pulled it out of storage because he is coming home on leave. I am sad to report that the darn thing didn't work. However, I called their customer service, and after trying their maintenance without success, the lady I spoke to told me, "I am so sorry that it doesn't work anymore. Since you are still under the warranty period, we will ship you a brand new unit. It should be there within 3 to 7 days." Needless to say, I was very pleasantly surprised. I never registered the brewer, but they are replacing it without any difficulties. I didn't have to argue or beg and plead. I am very happy with the customer service. Before the brewer decided to stop working (probably insulted that it was stored for 5 months) it made good coffee, and my husband was very happy with the variety and quality of the K-Cups. The only thing it does not do well is espresso. No crema to speak off, although the flavor is ok.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings

This brewer will only last about a year

On my second one in just over 2 years. Use this brewer about 4 times a day, I believe these units are designed to "short cup" you after your 1 year warranty is over. IMHO for[$] this is a price of junk. I will not buy another. Sorry Keruig, good concept junky products.

Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile

My headline says it all. I LOVE MY KEURIG! I am an all day coffee drinker, while my husband is a morning, 1 cup decaf coffee drinker and this is the answer for us. We used to make 2 pots of different coffee each morning. Now I get my regular coffee and he gets his decaf, one cup at a time. Thank you Keurig. I have not had any problems with cleaning or otherwise. And we love the variety and quick delivery of the K-cups.
