I love this coffee pot. I buy the strongest, darkest coffee to go in it and it makes the best cup of coffee. So far it has worked perfectly for me.
Pros: Perfect, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to use

Don't waste your money

Keurig has always been willing to send me a new brewer, but the problems never go away. I have had the same problems with thier product as others did. I finally decided to throw the brewer away and will never buy another Keurig product again. The Customer Service Department always puts a different twist on how to care for the machine (cleaning, descaling, etc) I don't have time in the morning to yield to the princess of coffee brewers.
Pros: None
Cons: Fragile

Things not so great - I had 2 Keurig Platinums within 1 year. They are not reliable or quality made. I am downgrading to a lesser model to see if it is better.

Water does not heat above 160 degrees even though it is set at 190! Great for tepid coffee drinkers...

There is a problem with these units

There is a problem with these units my stopped working after about 11 months it was cleaned every month. Then it started spitting out HOT WATER. It was replaced but the second one stopped pumping water after 2 weeks of use. Sometimes it pumps water from the water holder brews one cup and the will not pump water and shuts off. Now I was sent a 3rd unit. The service people said they found the problem They said this the first time!! You pay 200 dollars and you get these problems. the company doesn't even offer to give you free coffee for your problems. If the 3rd one doesn't work I will contact my lawyer enough is enough. The problem is in the pump most likely a cheap pump or magnet problem or not being electrically used right. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT OR ANY OTHER

Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN

Disappointed with Customer Serv/Machine

I have been a loyal fan of Keurig since its inception. Since upgrading to this brewer (and we have 2 in our home) both have stopped working - back build and brew 2 ounces one time and then 10 another. What I donto like is that when I contacted customer care - they were RUDE! The Customer Service call center forwarded me to a care specialist who said Oh we replaced it once already and you must be doing something wrong - She had me feeling like I should apologize to her. When I ordered 2 in December - the rep at the time said they were pulling them back for these problems and were in process of correcting them. So they sold me machines KNOWING there was a problem which is why they were out of stock for a long time. Keurig needs to understand that to maintain a loyal customer base you need to treat customers better and correct and standby your product. PS - Green Mountain owns Keurig, Caribou etc - so ordering frm one is all the same.

Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN

Great customer service

Makes a great cup of coffee, but in a little over a year I'll be on number 3. Great customer service, as they will help figure out what is wrong, and then give me a new brewer. Number 3 is in the mail right now. I get the usual short cups problem. It seems every brewer that is made for k-cups does this, why can't keurig figure out a solution? Seems like they are wasting alot of money sending out all these replacement brewers

Wonderful concept, horrible product

Had unit only 27 days and pump stopped pumping water. Would run continuously and nothing happened. If I unplugged the unit for 10 minutes, I could maybe get one cup out of it but never two or more. I just wish this worked as it is a beautiful machine, but then again to some I suppose so was the Edsel!
Pros: Great looking
