Loud Machine....

I like the fact that I can make a cup of coffee in seconds but it is so [*] loud when it pumps the water into the unit. If my kids didn't sleep on the second floor of my house I would not be able to use it in the morning. VERY LOUD...

Worst product I every owned!!

This is the worst product I've ever owned!! We have had 2 of these machines fail and another one is curently being replaced because of issues dealing with the machine turning off, or the machine not brewing coffee after pushing the BREW button. After the last machine broke, I asked to get my money back, but customer service told me that the only thing they could do was exchange the unit...no thanks. Don't EVER buy any of these products unless you want to send them back every 2 to 3 months.
Pros: None
Cons: Bad Customer Service, Fragile, Broke every 3 months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

On my 3rd brewer

I got hooked on Keurig two years ago. I absolutely love the brewing system! However.... Since I replaced my original smaller brewer ( which still works) with the platinum I am now on my third replacement in a little over a year. The pump seized in the first one and the other ones either would not brew or only brewed a small amount of coffee even on the biggest mug setting! Now my third one is beginning to act up. Even with all of the problems i have had I would still recommend this brewer only because of the customer service. I have had three brewers replaced free of charge! Thank you Keurig for standing behind your warranty! No more drip coffee makers for me.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Not durable

I use the largest size for my morning coffee daily. I enjoy the stronger brews.

Instant great coffee every time. When I can't sleep, I brew a cup of decaf, it is very good, I can't say enough good things about my brewer. Thank you so much!
Pros: Easy to use, MAKES GREAT COFFEE, Makes great coffee tea

Some of the KCups I find I need to experiment with cup size, to enjoy the flavor more. I feel that I am not wasting a pot of coffee any longer, make just the amount that I want. I also enjoy the ability to purchase sample sizes to determine if I really like the taste and not feel as if I have to drink all = waste money. Very pleased with my purchase!

Expensive failure

Like most of the Keurig single cup coffee makers, it will fail, typically within a year. (guess what the warantee is) It is a fantastic toy and when it works it is awesome. Got mine replaced twice and third time the warantee expired. Did some blog checking and seen hundreds of similar horror stories from nearly every type of keurig device. Many had potential fixes but ultimately the thing just fails completely and with astonishing regularity. Now if I could just get the thing apart I might be able to fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great until warranty ran out

I thought this was the best thing since sliced bread, even though the coffee was expensive. Almost 1 year to the week the warranty ran out and the machine would not work. Apparantly the pump was broken and could not be repaired. I swore I would never by another Keurig. However, this is what happens when your wife has everything she needs, and you are too lazy to actually shop...you wind up buying another coffee machine that you would not recomment to a friend.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN
