Can't live with out this Brewer

I love that brewer is so quiet. I use this everyday and have no issue. So easy to use!

This was the best investment we ever made. We don't have to spend all that time on clean up plus we don't go out and buy coffee on the road nearly as much. I have bought two of these as gifts to family members for Christmas and they love them too.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: None so far

Bought mine at [...] for [$]. I love this maker and love the choices of coffee. However after about a month, my maker started having problems. It started shutting down after making a cup of coffee. I took it back to [...] and they gave me another one. No problems since then

Getting frustrated

I am on my third brewer duw to the water not pumping through all the way and then the power going off on the brewer. The company shipped the third brewer to me and I got it last week. I followed all the first time instructions and then went to brew my first cup of coffee with this brewer. It only brewed about 2 ozs. of coffee and then shut off completely. I would not recommend to a friend at this time. Is is apparent that there is a BIG problem with their brewers and they need to get it corrected.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Not brewing full cup

HORRIBLE!!

This was a defective model. Even though Keurig keeps sending them out...I'm on my third. They are reconditioned and still won't work. Hopefully this situation will soon be correct to my satisfaction.
Cons: Fragile, Complicated, Limited Cup Sizes, HARD TO CLEAN

Great Coffee, Convenient, Problem Fixed

This coffee maker is great for a quick cup or for giving guest many choices of coffee from flavored to decaf. There was a pump problem with earlier units (including mine) that Keurig has addressed. Once my unit was verified as one of the defective units (by serial number), Keurig replaced it with no hassle whatsoever. Tip: If you have a really large mug, just pretend you changed the K-cup and press brew again. I select the largest size followed by the smallest, and it fills my cup perfectly.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings

This machine is a huge disapointment, and when I thought that Keurig was doing a really good job with there Customer Service, then they pulled the rug out from under my feet, they are really no help at all, sent me the wrong machine, but they are sure willing to send out a lot of free coffee, Maybe that is what they are looking to do just sell or give coffee away and not address customers problems. They really need to brush up on Customer Service Skills.

I love this brewing system

This is my 4th Keurig (2 Elites given to family when upgraded to Special Edition) The Special Edition is at work and I have the Platnium at home, I am getting ready to buy another Platnum for my office and giving the SE to my boss who didn't drink coffee til he tried the Keurig. I have not had any problems with any of the products, they have all worked perfectly. The Special Edition in my office is used for about 8-10 cups a day and the Platinum at home about 5-6 cups a day and on weekends I lose count. I am sold on its durability and the Platinum is much quiter than the earlier models.
Pros: Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Quite, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
