Disappointed

We love the brewer when it works. Problem is we haven't been able to use it for more than a couple weeks without it breaking. Keurig graciously replaced the first one but now the replacement has stopped working exactly as the first one did.

Had to replace 3 Twice!! Bad Model

I love Keurig. I have been using Keurig for several years now. The original model was great. When I decided to upgrade to this model I had high hopes. I use it everyday and my family use it everyday. We do put a lot of wear on our Keurig machines, the first, most basic model took it just fine. This one, not so much. We have had to have two replacements sent. The second one, which we just received just arrived. The one we have just had to replace only worked for three weeks before it began to only brew the smallest cup size no matter what cup setting you choose. Not a good model. But by all means choose one of the others!
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

For those posting positive reviews, I must assume you just bought your first Keurig. Just give it time and you will soon see that Keurig is the WORST product and a total waste of money. I received my first Keurig for Christmas 2009, it was dead by October of 2010. The machine began short cupping so I called customer service. Customer service had me perform a number of "fixes" which did nothing but annoy me so they offered to send me a replacement. I received my replacement in Oct. 2010 and by February 2011, that machine was dead as well. I called Customer Service again and performed the requested tricks to try to fix the machine to no avail. They offerered to send me a THIRD machine to which I said HECK NO! I went out and bought a Cuisinart coffee maker and am much happier. The convenience of the Keurig is wonderful but the quality of the machine is horrific. Every friend I have who owns a Keurig has chimed in with the same complaints. Perhaps Keurig should have looked into perfecting their product before they put it on the market. Buyer beware, you will end up sorry you wasted your money.
Pros: It worked for 4 months
Cons: Poor Quality, Fragile, Limited Cup Sizes, Poor value, HARD TO CLEAN, Breaks easily
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this as a wedding gift 5 years ago(then it was a B70 model). It has made noise from day one but made terrific coffee. It has broken down and all Kuerig has to say is we will have to buy a new one at a reduced price because the warranty expired. A one year warranty on a machine like this is rediculous. I read some of the other comments left and I can see some of the mistakes others have made as well as the ones I have also. Kuerig should send these out in a news letter to all the owners who bothered to register their machies. This might eliminate some of the problems as well as the resulting complaints
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Not durable, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Noisy

Excellent Brewer

This is an excellent brewer. Unlike the B60 it's pumping system is whisper quiet... very nice to wake up to! The automatic on/off feature is useful and makes it ready to brew when I get out of bed each morning. Easy to use, great tasting coffee and a very quick brew cycle
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use

Trading in my Cuisinart!!

I currently own a Cuisinart that lasted less than amonth. I have been reading the reviews on the Keurig trying to find out which is better. It seems that they are all defective...having said that, I am going to trade my Cuisinart in for a Keurig because Keurig is being responsible for the problem. Cuisinart is arrogant and unconcerned. They simply said "how great " they are and that I will just have to wait 6 weeks for a replacement, and they get "rave" reviews even though the product is defective. AND they said there is no gaurantee that I won't get another defective one even after waiting for 6 weeks. No sorry, nothing!!! I will get a Keurig, they are at least trying to accomadate the customer. Thanks Keurig, I'm sold!

Best Money I Ever Spent!

My only regret is not buying it sooner. First, it was on my doorstep before the payment even cleared. Then, there was almost no assembling required. I drink regular, my husband drinks decaf, my friends want flavors, etc...in minutes everyone is taken care of. There is a flavor and/or strength for everyone. I was skeptical as to whether or not it would be hot enough-piping hot every time. Every few cups I run a clear cycle to flush out the needles and have had 0 problems. I highly recommend this product.
Pros: Time Saver, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Easy to clean, Stylish, Convenient, Durable, No Left Over Waste
Cons: No Complaints At All
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

This is my second Keurig, the first being the small inexpensive model which died out after a few months. I thought okay, I'll go with the most expensive thinking I used the other one too much. WRONG, this one too has died out after 6 months of using. I have talked to customer service, but because I'm at work and not right at the machine, they can't help me, will try when I am home to get service. I know I am not alone with this, everyone I know has had the same problem or some type of problem. But really, how about making something of quality to begin with - not replacing it with another maker that will die out after 6 months.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
