GREAT PRODUCT GREAT SUPPORT

After one year of daily use started to have some brewing issues, went through all of the trouble shooting procedures and couldnt resolve the issues. Called Kuerig and do you know they replaced it no questions asked. Make sure you register your brewer. Great experience!
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

I have had mine for less than a year and it stopped working. I called customer service to trouble shoot. They were great!!! They could not help me fix it, but they are sending me a brand new one Free!!!!! I was so excited to see results!!!!
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings

My brewer continues to break

The first time my brewer just stopped working, it was replaced by Keurig because it was still under warranty. Today, after my daughter made a beautiful batch of homemade biscotti cookies and we were looking forward to enjoying them with a personal Keurig cup of coffee, we discovered to our horror that our brewer had died a 2nd time. I love my Keurig brewer and I am sick that this has happened to me again. I only hope that the Keurig brewers that I bought for my daughter and my mother-in-law for gifts will last longer than mine.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile

When is Keurig going to fix the problems with these machines? It's the same problem over and over. The water pump fails and it brews the wrong size, if it brews at all. These units are way too expensive to be so disposable. Come on Keurig, fix this already!
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Water pump doesn't work, Doesn't last long, Brews incorrect size

Plastic smell and taste in coffee

Have a single cup coffer maker in my office which I love and purchased the Platinum for home. Have ran 35 cups of hot water through the coffee maker and still get a plastic odor and taste (in coffee). Really disapointed. in the B70. I believe problem is with internal plastic tank as I've cleaned the removeable tank and washed several time with soap and water.

In looking at reducing cost from purchasing coffee 5x a week from my local coffee shop, the Keurig Platinum was an even swap that will save me money throughout the years. The system is easy to use and navigate. I love its flexiability and easy clean-up. The only thing I dislike about the system is that it does not brew beyond 12 oz. cups size in which, I typically use 14-16 oz cups.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Stylish, Easy to use

This is perfect for me because my husband doesn't drink coffee, so I never waste coffee. He drinks apple cider and hot chocolate and I drink all the coffee. It's great for us! I will caution though that if you use the hot chocolate make sure you do a water only run right afterwards as the chocolate has a tendency to clog up the needle.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

Purchased first Keurig in Feb 2010, by the end of September 2010, got no more than 3-4 oz per brew, tried recommended cleaning, once alone, once w/service rep on phone, better 1 day than short cup again. Called service explained and received new machine in 4 days. Happy, but only for awhile. Second machine worked well UNTIL December 2011 then would just turn off by itself and not brew at all. LCD would go out, but tank stayed lit, no pump action. Called service and within 15 minutes was confirmed new machine would be on it's way. Five horrible days of no Kcups,then the new machine arrived!! Fingers crossed, we will see how long we get. Brewer definately has issues, but the taste, conveinance and ease of the Keurig, coupled with the GREAT customer service has left me a very happy Kcup user.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Noisy, Fragile
