simple and easy to brew coffee. the problem is it stops working in a very short period after receiving the unit. the mini brewer work alot better

A lot of reviewers said their machine stopped pumping within a short period of time. Mine stopped pumping within a week of purchase.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: Pump stopped pumping

Needs Help!!

I purchased the Platinum Brewing System in December 2009 directly from Keurig.com as a Christmas gift for my husband. We opened it and started using it on December 25th. Less than 2 weeks later, the machine started turning itself off because the reservoir tank would not flow correctly. Also, the machine would say that it was brewing when it clearly was not. I am waiting on a replacement to see if it is just a defective model.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile, Complicated
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

PUMP PROBLEM

I got the B77 from [...]. The first one showed pump problem after 3 weeks usage. (Failed to pump water from reservoir sporadically). Got an exchange and the second one started to show the same issue after 2 weeks. A lots of people complain about this issue. Not sure I am going to get another exchange from [...] or just return it!!! Come on! Keurig. Fix it, please !!!

Avoid this Machine!

Original machine purchased June 2009. We are now on our 4th replacement. All have worked for several weeks to a month when the pump fails to pull water from the resevoir. The customer service has be forthcoming with replacements, but they don't seem to be able to correct this problem.
Pros: Multiple Settings
Cons: Pump problems, HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile

Great Idea Bad Quality Machine

This is my second machine, the first one lasted 6 weeks and this one lasted 4 weeks. Machine brews one cup and shuts off. You have to unplug the machine for 5 + minutes before it will work again. I discovered the single cup machines in Europe and loved the idea. Unfortunately this is a very dissappointing product that works great at first and breaksdown quickly. If you buy the machine do not buy a bunch of "K" cups or you will be left with a machine that does not work and "K" cups with no other use.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Does Not Last, Fragile

Poor Quality The Machine dont brew Waste a lot of kcups. This is my second machine i got the first and it last me a month this the second unit 30 days now the same problems call custumer services and i was on hold for about 1 hour. not happy at all!!!!!

Worked Well for 1 Year, Then Failed

We brew 5 - 10 cups a day, and rely heavily on the Keurig Platinum; but it began failing after 12 months, and then just quit. It said to de-scale but the procedure didn't correct the bug.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Often failed on cup sz, Stopped brewing after 1 y
