Stopped working after 1 month

Got this as a Christmas gift & enjoyed 30 days of great coffee that is easy to brew. On January 23rd, the brewer stopped drawing water. I attempted removing & re-seating the tank several times without success.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problems with Quality!?

We are on our second unit. I think there's a design/quality problem. Sometimes it will draw water from the resior, then just sit there. Sometimes it will then brew after 5-10 minuts on its own... other times we need to power cycle it. I'm told it's clogged... well, if that were the case, it wouldn't start working on its own or after a power cycle or two. Considering switching to a Tassimo after 6 loyal years with Keurig.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this system thinking that for the price it would be a high quality machine. We are on our 3rd machine from Keruig and we purchased it 3 months ago. UNREAL. I had the same problem all three times. My $20 coffee maker before this was far more reliable. Keruig please check into your quality control!!

I Won't Purchase This Product Again

After the water stopped flowing through our first Keurig six months after we got it, we called the company to complain. They were very friendly and sympathetic and offered to replace our coffee pot at no cost. That was great! Except that the second one died only four months later. It was the same problem - we were literally beating the machine to get the water to flow through (and, yes, we cleaned both of them on a regular basis). We're not fans and would probably not buy another Keurig.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved my brewer

Absolutely wonderful for the first year. When my pump stopped functioning properly I immediately needed to replace this model. Keurig was eager to run tests over the phone to find the problems and sent out a replacement within about a week. I hope this one lasts longer then a year because I love this product.My trust is that they made improvements to this model.

I love keurig but I'm DONE.I've had at least 8 replacements and none of them worked right.The even upgraded me and those ones aren't working right. They all have done the SAME thing and now Keurig is telling me they can't replace my brewer Breville has to. I JUST WANT A WORKING COFFEEMAKER!!!!That's all nothing more than what I'm entitled to/paid for.I have gotten my whole family on keurig and all my friends but I can't seem to get a working brewer

Cons: Doesn't Work, Defective, Stalls, Drains back into tank, Donsn't brew full cups

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

I've had this for 2 months using bottled water. It suddenly began only giving half cups. Customer service will send a replacement after troubleshooting over the phone but, after researching this product online, it appears to be a recurrent issue. Yes, they will keep replacing it but I don't need knowing it's a recurrent issue. After this one dies, I'll get an old fashion coffee maker; my old one lasted 15 years.
Pros: Great when it works

Good while it lasted

Had this Keurig for 17 months and started having problems last month. Descaled it as suggested, worked fine for a month, then it stopped working. It was nice to choose from a variety of coffee each morning, but it would have been nicer for the Keurig to last longer, especially for the price that I paid for it.
