Platinum stopped working after three day

I purchased after reading previous negative review comments hoping Company fixed problem. We have a more basic model with a noisy pump that has worked for years without problem. I used this platinum for three days and it stopped working. Seems like pump continues to operate but system shuts off within three minutes without any coffee. Company needs to improve quality control and fix this repetitive problem ASAP. I love the coffee etc. I would not recommend this until Company fixes problem.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish

Very Disappointed! Trying again...

I was enjoying the Platinum Keurig until it began to prime constantly. The prime blinking light would come on after every cup of coffee that was brewed. I had to remove the reservoir every time I brewed a cup of coffee. Follow the booklet instructions, was not successful. I only had the Keurig for 8 months. I returned the Keurig and received a new one. Keeping my fingers crossed that this one will work. If I began to have problems I will not purchase another one or recommend one to relatives and friends. It is very pricey for the problem I had with it. (Mainly the pump.)
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

short life

I loved it while it worked. It only lasted a few days past the warranty. I am on #2 now. I hope this one lasts longer. I really love it,but it is quite expensive to only last one year. I won't buy a 3rd if this one doesn't last longer.
Pros: Really works great
Cons: Only lasted a year

This is my second Keurig in a very short period. The brewer is as disposable as the K-cups. It is already malfunctioning in less than 2 years. Last one lasted about the same amount of time. For the price you pay, it should last longer. Most of these reviews are from happy new owners -- so take it from one who has now had 2 of these cheaply made machines and DON"T DO IT!

Cons: Breaks, Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile

Love my Keurig

I have had a Keurig since 2005 and I use this brewer several times a day. I love it in the summertime for my iced coffee. Just put ice in a glass and brew a 4oz cup. Yummy! As for the noise some complain of, I use it as a cue to when my coffee is ready. And yes, I have had one replaced.

Problems with unit

Have had experience with two of the Elite coffee makers and have problems with both of them pumping the water out. Still a good coffee maker but a little pricey.

A FEW MONTHS OLD and is short cupping...

I am so disappointed.... this is my 2nd unit. My first was replaced for short cupping days after I got it. It was replaced free of charge - here I am, a few months later and it has started again. The machine is used once a day ( possibly twice) and four times on the weekend.... ) such a bummer.... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I loved this machine, but in the past year (machine is 3 years old) it has been extremely unreliable. I never know if today will be the day it will not brew or only brew an ounce or two. Very disappointed with its useful life.
