When it works, it makes a great cup of coffee. We just called Keurig and they are replacing our unit after 3 months use. It was intermitent in pumping water after one month of use. Often, we would need to restart the unit several times to get it to make one cup. I hope they fixed the issue so we don't continue the problem. The

Cons: Fragile

Doesn't Last

I got this for my husband for Christmas a couple years ago. I don't drink coffee, but he does. It is convenient for just making a cup. But it has always been temperamental. Now sometimes it will not make even a drop of coffee. Sometimes maybe an inch in the cup, & we have it set on the biggest size. It says to de-scale & I have twice in one week, & still no better. Not worth the money I spent on it for him. He doesn't even drink a cup a day. And never in the summer.
Pros: Convenient, Stylish
Cons: Doesn't Work

I'm buying a second pot for our RV

I LOVE my Keurig coffee pot. We take it with us in the RV, so we're getting a second one to eliminate taking it back and forth. I used to throw coffee away, but not anymore. And no stale coffee taste later on in the day, I get a Fresh cup EVERY cup. Keurig, where have you been all my life???
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Durable, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use

This was a warranty replacement (same style but only 4 cup sizes). Since day one it's never worked reliably, it pumps out when it wants and on occasion the incorrect amount of water. They really need to protect the electronics better, it seems they break down due to constant high temperature. This is my third one in 3 years, and my last.
Cons: Unreliable, Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN

First one bad, replacement bad

First one lasted 5 months and either the electronics failed or the pump would not work, got replacement 3 days ago and now this one shuts off and will not stay on, let alone brew a cup of coffee, waiting for tech support to call back. I would have to rate this platinum version a piece of junk. I have an elite at our beach house and a travel brewer we have not had any problems with.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: Electronics Bad

I bought the platinum brewing system six weeks ago and not only has it stopped working, Keurig customer service cannot replace or repair it b/c the serial number on my machine isn't recognized by their system. I now have to wait three days for a technician to call me back in order to trouble shoot, repair or replace my machine.
Pros: Minimal waste w My Kcup
Cons: Doesn't make coffee

My husband and I drink coffee everyday and this has made our mornings much easier. We each get to have our own flavor and it perks in 30 seconds! We love that this model does the travel mug size which we both need. For entertaining you can't beat it. Our friends love choosing their own coffee or tea and we have hot cocco or apple cider for their children! We love that we can set the temperature. We can't wait to try the ice tea this summer. The only con is that you pretty much have to leave it on and plugged in at all times. If you unplug it and have to restart, the perk time is much longer because it has to warm-up. It says to leave it on in the manual and it works just fine for us.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Quick, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Stylish
Cons: Must stay on all the time

When is Keurig going to fix the problems with these machines? It's the same problem over and over. The water pump fails and it brews the wrong size, if it brews at all. These units are way too expensive to be so disposable. Come on Keurig, fix this already!
