Poor Quality for the money

On my third brewer in 3 years, one replaced by customer service. Purchased 2 myself. There has got to be a way to make the brewer last longer.... [$] a pop is not a good value. I still have my standard coffee pot from 6 years ago and have to resort to it everytime this thing decides not to work and it only cost around $50.00 and up to getting the Keurig, brewed 2 pots a day.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy, Fragile, Last about 10-12 months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keurig makes mornings quick & easy!!

I love that we can each enjoy our own flavor of coffee each morning. We also like the iced sweet tea & the kids love the hot cocoa flavors. My Keurig came with 60 K-cups (variety box) which was perfect since we were new to the world of K-cups. I purchased the K-cup storage drawer which holds up to 36 k.c & is a stand for your brewer making it a great space saver. Coffee, hot cocoa and iced tea have never been so much fun to make!
Pros: Durable, Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish, Easy to use, Versatile, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

This is my second maker in one year.. You would think by spending this kind of money it would be made a little better.

Great brewer but.....

I was excited to receive my brewer for Christmas of '10 and sad to see it quit working for Christmas of '11. Without any warning, the brewer spewed the remaining water out of its reservoir and never came back on. Luckely, Keurig customer service happily replaced it for me. Let's hope that this one lasts longer then the previous one did.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

Love it, but has a pump problem

I love my Brewer, but this is my 3rd one in a year. Obviously a pump problem, as that has been the problem both times. Got friends one, and they had the same problem. Did everything I was supposed to. On a positive note, Keurig has been absolutely AMAZING. Have sent me out 2 new ones and received them very quickly. This one is a newer model, so I'm hoping the problem is fixed. Will continue to buy them as they are great machines.

I still like my Keurig

I still like my Keurig even though this is the fifth one in 3 years. The company has replaced every one with no cost to me which is great. This last one lasted 13 months and the company is still sending me a new one.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fast
Cons: Not durable

Amazingly addicting!

I had heard of K-cups before and seen Keurig machines in the past for many years and thought nothing of them. Whoopty doo, so what a coffee maker and worse it uses proprietary costly cups, just what I need, consumables and besides I don't care as much about coffee as tea. Until...I visited my parents out of town and was introduced to their machine one morning, and was just amazed at how quick, mess-free, and also tasty the variety of coffee they had. That just about did it for me and just had to have one. And ironically because we don't consume much coffee at home all the better. Coffee was going stale, we never felt it was worth the effort of brewing a pot we can't finish, I know pretty weak right? Sure enough, this last Christmas my parents gave us this ultimate gift and now my wife even loves it, who never drank coffee before. It was the best gift ever and is now our favorite thing in the kitchen! We really dig trying the flavored variety boxes if Keurig can get more all the better. How can a coffee machine be such a blast? Enjoy!

I use my machine everyday at least once if not more! Usually every morning and definitely every evening for my Sleepytime Tea. I could not wait to get a Keurig after having used one at work, I wouldn't trade it for any other machine! I haven't been let down yet and it hasn't made a less than stellar cup of coffee or tea! It is stylish and sleek, I have the platinum color and it looks great with my stainless steel appliances! Thanks and job well done to the maker's of Keurig!
