Love the KEURIG

I love this coffee maker and when it started having difficulties with brewing I called them and they sent me out a brand new one with no questions asked. I was so suprised by the great service and the way they handled my calls.
Pros: Great tasting coffee, No wasted coffee, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Quick cup of coffee, Easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Getting all my coworkers HOOKED!!

I have bought 4 brewers - one for home, one for my husband's work, two for my work (one I gave to a dear friend/coworker)... I am looking to buy number 5 to upgrade the one at work. My brewers have lasted well over a year, going on two years for the one I gave to my friend :) and over 18 months for the others - with no problems or issues. They are well loved, every day used - and each time it's a perfect cup!!
Pros: Fast, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
I would recommend this to a friend!

Coffee is not hot

We love our keurig so much. We have stopped wasting coffee and actually drink less. We love that we can get just hot water for tea or oatmeal jello... After trial and error i figured out how to make the coffee to my taste using my kcup.With 5 sizes my husband can use this travel mug. I also love how it looks. We choose the red one. I want to get my daughter one. Oh also I love no MESS. No drips or coffee messes,Yahee.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable

Nothing Special here

Its convient, but thats about it. Nothing special to look it, not durable, cheap materials, with super expensive k-cups!

Room for improvement

This brewer makes great coffee and it is very easy to use, but it has some reliability issues. Keurig needs to work on the overall model of this machine. We are now on our 3rd brewer in a year; our first machine brewed short cups almost every day and our second now says "prime" everyday. We have taken very good care of our machines (e.g. using filtered water, de-scaling every 2-3 months, etc.), and the machines do not even last 1 year. Aside from the hardware problems, each time I call customer service they have been very friendly and helpful. If you want to get a single serve machine, I would recommend a different model and/or brand for the price you pay.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hasn't worked since day one

Brewer is in our company kitchen area. Says it's brewing, but 75% of the time nothing comes out. Unplugging then plugging back in seems to be the only way to get it to brew.
Pros: Goodwhen it works
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Won't Brew, Fragile, GROUNDS IN CUP, Takes too long
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Heating reservoir leaked

The bad news is after 6 months of use the heating reservoir started leaking; the good news is that Keurig customer service promptly replaced the unit. While disappointed that it leaked, customer service was great and I love the product. Very convenient and easy to use with K-cups. My own grind using the filter insert is more clean-up but works fine.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Leaked after 6 Months
