I love the Keurig's beverage options. I go through phases where one month I am into drinking tea instead of coffee. A month or two later I no longer crave tea for my morning fix and coffee becomes my new best friend. Whatever your morning fix is, Keurig has so many coffee and tea options you won't be disappointed. You can even do cocoa/hot chocolate if you are feeling inclined. A bit pricey (you do get what you pay for), but overall, worth the purchase.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Very Disappointed

I received my first Keurig for Christmas 2012. It lasted a little over a year and the pump quit. I called Keurig customer service and they covered it under warranty and sent me a new one. It lasted 4 days and the pump quit. I am now waiting for another replacement. I have followed all the recommendations..using the Keurig filter, de-scaling regularly. Most of the reviews I read were about the "prime" function. I didn't have that issue. The pump simply quit, so no coffee. I'm hopeful the next one will work because I do enjoy the convenience of having a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. This is an expensive coffeemaker so it should last a lot longer! On the positive side the customer service reps are very helpful.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Noisy, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had 2 1/2 years without issue. It now runs water without heating first and after cleaning etc. Still doesn't work. Unable to fix it. Not able to afford to buy new one at this time.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Great, Durable, Stylish

Both my husband and myself use our Keurig every day, and we are highly satisfied with the brewing system. This system has nice features and actually lets you set the brew temperature - which is extremely useful considering I always end up burning my mouth on freshly brewed coffee. We have had no issues and I actually just bought my best friend a Keurig brewing system this past Christmas. Love being able to make a cup of coffee in seconds. One word of warning - make sure you use the proper cup size; otherwise, your drink may not be strong enough. Coffee is good with the middle size and hot chocolate is good with the smallest size.

Two Years Old... and Awesome!

I've had mt brewer for over two years now. Not a single problem. It brews everything, including just a single cup of hot water if I want to make other, non-Keurig, products. For those who think it's noisy or slow... it has to boil water. The unit isn't any noisier than I'd expect, and much quieter than my electric kettle. It's also much faster than the kettle too! I love how I can get all types of products in the K-Cups, and even reusable ones. This machine is so easy by son uses is. It's also our default wedding/house-warming gift.
Pros: Economical, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use

Model K75 Platinum is Great !!!

After owning the B40 Elite for 3 years, I just upgraded to the K75 Platinum. I love this unit. The "blue lit" display on the larger 72 oz . water container and LCD.I usually leave the temp at 192 deg, but it's nice having the option and the same for cup sizes.

I have had my Keurig for almost 3 years now. On average, I drink about 3 cups of coffee per day. I always leave the machine on and the only time I have had a problem with it was just recently. It wouldn't pump water and the control buttons wouldn't work. After turning it off and on, unplugging it, it finally made a cup of coffee. Later, I descaled it with vinegar and it has been working just fine. One thing to note, for the last couple of years, I have never taken the water tank out of the machine, except to clean it. I fill the tank with a measuring cup, which prevents any water leakage when taking the tank out or putting it in. Not sure if that makes a difference, but for the most part, it's lasted pretty well and still makes a great cup of coffee.

Big Step Above!

Previously owned a Hamilton Beach combo single-cup/pot brewer. Though I liked it, I'm amazed at the difference in brew time and coffee taste with my new Keurig. I love the convenience, especially the lack of mess, with the K-Cups, but wish they were a bit less expensive. My only other con would be coffee temperature. Even with the heat adjustment maxed out, once creamer has been added, my coffee isn't quite as hot as I would prefer. All in all, however, the Keurig brews a great cup 'a Joe! Have tried multiple coffee types and haven't hit a clunker yet.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Durable, Multiple Settings
Cons: Could be a little hotter, Wish K-cups Were Cheaper
