Best brewer ever!

We love our Keurig brewer! With all family members having different tastes in beverages, the keurig makes it easy for everyone to have whatever they enjoy! We use our brewer multiple times during the day. We bought our daughter a brewer for her dorm room & she told me that she uses it more than her microwave! I will never buy a conventional brewer again!
Pros: Fast, Great For All Tastes, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just recieved my keurig last week for my birthday. This is by far the best gift i have recieved in years. I love my Keurig! It's such a simple, quick, and easy way to make coffee. Especially if you are in a hurry. I would recommend this product to everyone, whether you are an everyday coffee drinker or just every once in a while drinker. Such a great invention.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Fun, Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: none

Great Idea-Poor Longevity

Great idea, but Keurig should market these as disposable coffee machines. Don't know how they can make such an expensive product that breaks so quickly. Yet to have one that lasted a year. We purchased two and are now on the third, which is a store warranty replacement, and it is now acting up after only four months. We religiously follow operating and cleaning/descaling procedures for all, but to no avail. Maybe they could give a free replacement machine for every twenty-five K-Cup box tops.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffee makers, but don't last

I have read many reviews on here about this machine not lasting which is my experience as well. The only thing different is I was sent a new one and mine was four years old. I talked to first person in customer support and yes, they did offer me one at a reduced price. When I told them I just wanted my fixed and I could not afford another one, they put me on hold to speak to an executive. That person offered me a new machine at a more reduced price and again I told them I was not out to buy a new one, just wanted mine fixed and heard they stand by their product. For a third time I was transferred to another higher up and finally, that person said she would send me a new one at no charge to me. I am getting mine in two days. Please do not accept the first offer you are given. They are trained to get what they can from you before just giving you another one due to their poor quality parts. My daughter in law had same problem and they sent her a new one. Just saying be smart and stand your ground. These machines should last more than a couple of years and descaling is bull , takes a long time and has to be done every 3 months. That is too much trouble to keep a supposedly great made machine in good working order.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Fast, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not A Happy Customer

I loved this system while it worked! I used it often for coffee and tea. My kids loved using it for hot chocolate. Just outside of a year and its warranty, it just stopped working! I cleaned it, descaled it, I even let it rest...nothing! It makes no noises indicting water is heating up. I cannot select a cup size. It does nothing. I begged for this machine and my husband got it for me for Christmas...he feels horrible and I gave away my remaking k-cups. I did advocate for one at my job, but told them to use it with caution. I'm just sorry mine turned out to be a dud.
Pros: Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Stopped working

Second Dead Keurig

I liked this coffee maker when it was working but I've found after apx. 18-24 months it becomes unreliable and then stops working altogether. I'm willing to pay the extra expense for K-cups so I can have a quick cup of coffee without having to brew a pot but the unit is too expensive to replace every year or two. My second Keurig Platinum just died. I think I'll buy an electric tea kettle and a coffee press. Cheaper in the long run and more reliable than a Keurig coffee brewer...
Cons: Not Reliable, Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile, Doesn't Brew After 2 Year, Breaks Down
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Brewer With One Major Design Flaw!

I have a Saeco Superautomatic in my office, and a K65 for non-espresso drinks. Based on my experience with the K65, my wife and I asked for the K75 for Christmas. The unit works well, but what on earth were they thinking when they put the power button on the back? It is one of the dumbest design decisions I have seen in quite some time and really limits where you can put the machine. It should be on the front with like it is with the K65. Had I known the power switch was on the back, I probably would have gone with the K65.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Fast, Stylish
Cons: Power Switch On Back

Platinum Brewing System

I've had mine for about 2 years now and use it daily. From day one the cup level doesn't seem right and the pump seems very noisy. Other then that it's been working fine and I like the single cup idea. I'd probably buy again just to see if the next one was better.
