Terrible Brewers, Great Coffee and Great

First of all, Customer Service has been the best I have ever experienced with any company. However, the "CON" to that is I have had to contact them too many times for defective Brewers. I have now had 4 Brewers for my home and 4 Brewers for my office. The Brewers have to be redesigned or better Quality Control. I have had consistent problems with Short Cups, Priming issues, Burning smells, Power not turning on, and just not pushing any water through. While the coffee is great when they work, I am afraid Keurig has grown too fast and HAVE NOT given enough attention to the quality of Brewer Design or stability. If I have to return yet another Brewer, I will go back to the old style regular brewer or some other vendor. I would use these for my life time ....IF THEY EVER GET THE QUALITY PROBLEMS RESOLVED.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had this unit for a little over 1 year. Cups seemed smaller and smaller than evantually stopped. Called Keurig, operatior was OUTSTANDING. Walked me through some trobule shooting. Unit still didnt function. A brand new unit is shipping same day. Amazing!
Pros: OUTSTANDING CS, Ease of use, Replaced unit over nite
Cons: Longevity is poor

I'm happy with my keurig

I have purchased 6 brewers over the years for friends, family, home and work. I'm very happy with my Keurig and so are my friends. I even have one at work (because I drink primarily decaf and you can't find that in a coffee-mess) - you'd be surprised how many people bring in their own k-cups to use it. Variety of what I can brew is what I like most because my mood changes often.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Durable
Cons: Brewer operational issues

I love the brewer!! Also, their customer service ROCKS! I had a minor issue with my brewer and they replaced it for free! No hassle, no trouble. Perfect!
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Fast, Multiple Settings
Cons: Hard to brew travel mug

Great customer service

We received this product as a gift in December 2010 and didn't think we would get much use of it. In a short time we were hooked and it became a part of our daily routine. It recently started acting up on us and finally it stopped working altgether. I contacted customer service and was totally surprised at the level of concern their represenative showed for my situation. I was even more surprised when he apologized for my inconvienence and advised me he was sending out a repalcement unit. In this day and age it is refreshing to see a company actually stand behind its product. You have made a fan of me and my entire family. Thank You

Great costumer service and coffe+!

I love my coffe maker , Iam the only coffe drinker at home, but my family drink tea and hot cocoa, it pleace everybody and also is great for intant soups. we love it.When my coffe maker failed I contacted costumer service but nothing worked it was no way to be fixed ,but I was so deligted when they send a new coffe maker even when my guaranty was expired. Great costumer service! Great company!

Very poor quality

This is the second Keurig we have owned (we actually gave the first one away when we purchased this model) . . . I must say we are very disappointed in this model. From the beginning it hesitated during the brew cycle, sometimes never completing the cycle. It was noisy and slow to warm up. Even after regular cleanings with vinegar, it made horrible screeching noises, then quit working altogether. It said descale on the monitor, but would not work at all to get the vinegar solution through the machine - so into the trash it goes. Bottom line - our first Keurig brewer was simple and worked great . . . this model was a piece of junk.
Cons: Quit working, Stopped brewing mid cup, Noisy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would expected better for the price

I always used distiled water and before a year it broke even if i clean it with vinegar. Now its seem that the pump is broken :-(
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile, HARD TO CLEAN
