WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT

Well, we are on the 4th Platinum model now and once again the PRIME is an issue. We use nothing but filtered water, follow guidelines for care, etc. and yet after just a few weeks the prime light becomes a problem. The idea of the appliance is great, but after all the complaints about the prime light why don't they do something to correct it. It appears to be an air block issue. That is what we have determined.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Fast, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this Machine

My Husband bought this for me as an early christmas present about a month ago. I drink coffee constantly. It works great and we have had no issues with it yet, like some of the other reviews. A couple of times it has been slow brewing. I just take out the k-cup holder inside, rinse it with warm water, snap it back in and presto good to go. This gets used a lot at my home. My ten year old drinks hot chocolate everyday and my 14 year old loves tea. I also brew about 2 cups of coffee a day through the week and between me and my hubby about 5-10 on weekends. The ONLY downside, is that it is a pricey machine and I am a little on the cheap side. LOL I love the fact that you can select a variety of cup sizes. Love it so much I just ordered a mini for my Mom so she can have her one or two cups of decaf in the evening.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

I have had my Keurig for almost a year and never had any issues. It brews a perfect cup every time. It's easy to use, quiet and quick. I love it and recommend it to others.

Love my Keurig

We love this unit. Had difficulty with the reservoir a few months after purchase, however, Keurig sent a brand new machine as a warranty replacement. Great customer service! The only thing that would make use of this machine easier is to have it automatically fed with water (as with my office unit). Other than that the reservoir holds ample water for several cups before refill is required.

Jury still out

I'm having problems with my second machine. With both they got much louder and it was like the motor went. Today it was stuck on brew but wasn't actually brewing. The first time Keurig replaced it, this time they want me to pay for a new one at a discounted rate. Why buy another expensive machine if it's going to stop working like the last one. Nothing is built to last anymore. While it was working we did like being able to have a fresh cup of coffee when we needed/wanted it without having to make a full pot. I also like using the my k-cup because pods are expensive when you blow through a box every couple of days. Jury is still out on whether or not Keurig lives up to the hype.
Pros: Easy to use, Fresh Coffee On Demand, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Reusable K-cup
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Had To Replace, Bulky, Noisy

Short lived

Barely over a year old and it's having problems. Intermitant pump problems. Clean and re-clean and still have the smae problem.Water won't pump.You can hear pump running but no water. Size selector has already stopped working.

Perfect for my house

I drink regular coffee and my wife likes decaf. Used to mean 2 different pots of coffee in the morning. It's quick and easy. It's on when I wake up, I get a cup or 2, and it shuts off a couple hours later. perfect. It broke after 9 months and Keurig sent out a new one, no charge. Great customer service.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

I like the user friendliness. Couldn't really be much easier to make a great cup of coffee or tea. Really like the option for brewed "iced" tea.
