Great invention

Love it! Its super quick, easy to use and clean. Coffee taste great and cup size is accurate. I like the hot water feature for other use such as soup and cocoa. On top of it all, I was surprised and very pleased to receive the upgraded version with the 72 ounce water tank. I would recommend this to others.

Doesn't last very long

This conked out on me after 13 months (of course after the warranty expired). It started acting funny after 6 months and now it won't power up at all.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful Machine

This machine was purchased to replace my B60 brewer. This machine has more options but has a more user friendly interface. It was easy to set up, though I forgot to clean out the water dispenser which made the coffee taste nasty, it was user error on my part. It is much quieter and I love the option to select a larger cup of coffee. It was a great value for upgraded model. I had my previous brewer for over 6 years and it has been a wonderful addition to my household!
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Better User interface, Stylish

Coffee never tasted this good!

I have a family of 5 so my Keurig Platinum brewer is used multiple times a day. Everyone loves it! Even my 9 year old can make her own hot chocolate. Making coffee has never been easier and has never tasted so good!

Cons: Fragile

Worked Great

Just introduced to this brewing system on a visit to my brother's. It worked great for the whole week that I was there. Both He and I are daily coffee drinkers and through the whole time it brewed a great cup of coffee with no mess and no fuss. They have had it a couple of years my brother said and haven't had any problems what-so-ever. My sister-in-law did say she gives it an occasional vinegar rinse.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, No clean up, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish

LOVE this brewer, with one exception..

This is perfect for a home with two devoted coffee drinkers - one that craves strong and black and the other that covets decaf and flavored. Impossible to accomodate these disparate tastes with other brewing methods so this works perfectly for us. One downside - the unit is constantly short-cupping - regardless of the number of times we de-scale. Design flaw? Hopefully something Keurig will address in the future.
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

great-except it breaks

I received this as a gift and the first one quit working in 3 weeks. The company was great and sent a new one, which lasted 10 months. The second replacement arrived today. Hopefully the third coffee maker is the charm, because I really like the product. Great coffee, easy to use, very nice. Kind of a pain having to use filtered water everytime but it does make the coffee taste better. Good customer service, I just wish I didn't have to call them as much!
