I am soooo very disappointed in this machine. It worked well initially and I loved it....though it was a bit awkward to use. After only a few months, it won't brew except every now and then....and when it does it will only brew the very smallest amount/cup size. I won't buy another one....unless the price lowers A LOT. Not worth the price at all!!!!
Pros: Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile, Complicated, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not all it is cracked up to be

The thing worked less than it ever worked. I bought it expecting to be purchasing a quality product....boy was I ever surprised when it only made coffee if and when it felt like it, and never when I wanted a good cup of coffee.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The brewer works great but needs to be cleaned on a regular basis. Depending on the water used, the unit is only good for about 12-18 months. Keruig does repace brewers, even after 12 months but, you still need to pay 79.95 plus applicable taxes. This is a $100 discount. Keruig support is great but, realize these machines are not meant to last over a year and a half.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Not durable

I loved the brewer while it worked but that was short lived. Since this was the 4th brewer we have owned (all of which had problems and needed to be replaced) we have decided to walk away from Keurig. I did love a fresh hot cup of coffee every time but....
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast
Cons: Inconsistent cup sizes, Short Life, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN

Stay away! Buy some OTHER coffee system!

Between Myself and various family members, we must have replaced our Keurig machines almost 10 times total! My most recent one lasted just over 2 whole years before dying. Wow, must be some kind of record! So that comes to a cost of about 90 dollars a year for the coffee maker! Just spoke to someone in customer service who offered a new one at the "discounted" price over a hundred dollars! I can buy one at the store for that! The quality of these machines are awful, the warranty is awful, and the customer service response is awful. If it's longer than a year, Keurig fully expects you to fork over more cash for a new machine every time your old one dies. No thanks. I don't know how this company stays in business.

Cons: Fragile, Short life span, Unrealiable, Pricey / Poor Value

Great when it works

Brews when it feels like it in any size it feels like. Don't bother calling customer service, they don't feel that their products have any problems but will offer to sell you another at a discount price

Poor quality

I purchased 3 weeks ago and its already broken. The other 2 I owned broke after a year. The water just sputters out a cold, thin "coffee" that tastes like nothing. C'mon Keurig you can do better than 3 weeks. Hopefully customer service can replace. If so, il edit and give it a 4 or 5. For now its a 1.
