I absolutely loved my brewer, for a little over a year. Then it died. I cleaned it, and did everything right. If I'm going to pay over $150 for a coffee maker, I would like it to last. I would hope you would consider making these a little more durable.
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

I have had this coffee maker for over 4 years and have never had a problem with it. I use it everyday and no longer waste pots of coffee or drink the entire pot of coffee. This was a great purchase and will replace with another one when I need to.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is our 2nd Keurig brewer and it is fantastic. Quiet & very easy to use, we brew with it several times a day. It looks great, the back lit water tank is a nice improvement. Our first was slow & very loud---this is fast & quiet and we are very happy with it. Hot or iced coffee/tea/coca, it is a wonderful product.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Fast
Cons: none
I would recommend this to a friend!

Died after 18 months

It looks like we are not the only one with this problem. After only 18 months, the unit completely died and will no longer power on. Since it is just over the warranty, all that was offered was a discount on another machine. I asked if this was a frequent problem and of course was told it was not. But after reading other reviews it seems as though it is. These are very expensive machines to break down and stop working so soon.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Bad electronics
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Idea, Poor Execution

I have had this brewer twice. The first one lasted almost 1 year before it broke down. I did get a replacement, as it was still under warranty. However, the replacement lasted about 1-1/2 years before it started giving me problems. Of course, the warranty is now up. After recalibrating the brewer, it worked for 2 weeks and is now not working again. I have concluded, after talking with a customer service rep, that this is not a brewer to be used everyday. It should be advertised as a brewer for occasional use only (e.g., entertaining, weekends). This cost WAY TOO MUCH to last such a short period of time. Extremely disappointed, as I really liked the convenience.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Convenient
Cons: Bad investment, Not durable, Fragile, Not for everyday use, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Time to consider changing brands

I am very disappointed that my Keurig platinum brewer is no longer working. We have only had this brewer less than 2 years. I clean it, de-scale it, use a water filter and knew it wasn't working well over the last month. Well, today it died, would not turn on, etc. Unfortunately there is no solution since it's not repairable. My friend has had her brewer longer than us and still on her first brewer. Not sure that I will purchase another brewer. To be determined…..
Pros: Convenient
Cons: Noisy, Lived less than 2 years, Used daily 3 or 4 cups, Short life expectancy, Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Another one bites the dust!

I love keurig coffee!! It has the best taste in each cup plus the machine is designed to make the perfect brew. I use it everday for my am coffee. I love that anyone can brew different sizes depending on how strong you want the coffee. It also comes in handy when you need a simple cup of hot water. Apparently, there is a flaw in this design somewhere as I am on my 3rd one and it again has stopped working. I take care of my Keurig like it is my own child but again the water pumps....and nothing comes out. This is what keeps happening. They replaced with no problem the first 2 times as still under the 1 year warranty but alas, I am 14 months into the last replaced one. It is unfortunate that an expensive and useful machine is such poor quality. I will miss my keurig coffee machine as it is time to move on to find on that is worth the mula.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Used my Keurig everyday. It does make a great cup of coffee........when it worked. I've bought 2 brewers so far but each have failed to last longer than just after my warranty is up. Descaled! Paper clipped! Plugged/unplugged! Talked to customer service who offered me this advice "it's like your car you have to maintain it too" really? I was offered a $100 dollar credit toward another brewer but will not be taking this offer up. Reading all the reviews that are similar to my Keurig experience lead me to believe that this company is failing to recognize that their product is not up to par or maybe they are a company who just doesn't care.... My only choice as a consumer is to not support a company who is not willing to go back to the drawing board and make a good product great.
