Excellent Customer Service

I love my Keurig Coffee Maker. Suddenly it stopped filling the cup to the amount I suggested, and after cleaning the needles, descaling etc., I called Customer Service and they sent me out a brand new coffee maker! I think that was so nice of them. Thank You Keurig!
Pros: Stylish, Fast, Easy to use

Upgrade from Classic to Platinum ++

Love it!! Easy to set up and program. Much better than the Classic version -- the Classic was good but limited cup sizes so I upgraded. Glad I did.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Durable, Easy to use

Pump Died

Pump died a year and a half after we got it. Totally unacceptable for a[$] brewer...
Pros: Easy to use, Fast
Cons: Not durable, Pricey / Poor Value, HARD TO CLEAN, Fragile, Noisy

If you like strong coffee and don't mind waiting on a cup of coffee go for it. But if you like to make the coffee at a strength you like forget it. I have brewed several different types of coffee through this brewer and everyone of them were way to strong for my taste. I don't like coffee that you can see through but I don' like coffee so strong you have the jitters when your done drinking it either, and that is your only option.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Coffee is STRONG

Waste of Money

I could not be more disappointed in this thing. Has turned out to be a complete waste of money. I have now tried 8 different coffee brand/types and they are all weak and watery. I can't beleive that I fell for the hype. Will probably end up throwing the brewer away that I have only had for 4 months. Stick to your old fashioned drip brewer, you will be far better off
Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Pricey / Poor Value, ABSOLUTE Waste, All hype no taste, WASTE of MONEY, Weak coffee, Poor brew, Fragile, Over rated

very poor quality

This is so awful a product for the price. Our 17$ pot works better at work. Bought this and after 3 months it quit working, called company and they finally replaced it after 2 calls, the 2nd one is now doing the same thing. Can't believe this! Took it out and through it in the garbage !!! My friend said her mother was about to purchase one, I told her she would regret it.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Awful awful awful, Expensive but very bad, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

my 3rd and LAST unit

All 3 of my units stopped giving me full cups; IF it worked at all. I descaled them as per instructions and cleaned the needle area all to no avail. These unit just DON'T hold up to daily use
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: 3-4 months and toss it, They all stopped working, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got mine as a Christmas gift last year. Enjoyed it until the warranty was gone. Two weeks after it was gone the machine stopped coming on at all. Waited until last week to replace. This is the last try for me. I love the machine but for the price it needs to last longer than the warranty period.
