Go Keurig! Best Customer Service Ever!

I bought this brewer from a store in 2010, and used it for about 3 months and it broke. I just now called Keurig customer service and they are totally replacing my unit. We did a few simple troubleshooting tips over the phone (cleaned the needles) and that didn't fix it. The water pump seemed to be totally broken inside the brewer as the water never pumped out of the resivoir to heat up. The gentleman who i spoke with was very nice and professional, and I am absolutely blown away at the level of exceptional service provided. I have worked in a customer service postion on the phones for several years, and never had such good service. Thank you Keurig! You are truly a World-Class company!

A year and a half and now its dead...

Was a dream for the 1st year or so. Used only bottled ICE MOUNTAIN water. The cups started getting smaller over time. Then de-scale message appeared. Followed every procedure for cleaning. Still, cups remained only half full. 6 months after warranty expired, NO MORE COFFEE. Machine is dead. Doesnot pump even though "BREW" message on machine. Unplug and wait. Plug back in- starts brewing while filling, only 1/3rd cup- then dies, still says brewing. Don't know what to do. Purchased Black Platinum ELITE from [@]

Ok, here is the skinny on this product. I like easy, I hate fooling around with grinds and its too bad because I know I would get a better cup if I did. The brewer is fast, easy and when I am half awake, when I wake up is where it works for me. Now about the K-cups and the coffee. Most of the time I need two K-cups and I use the smaller of the choices for cup sizes otherwise I find this coffee maker makes relatively weak coffee. It winds up being a pricey convenience, it depends how much you like convenience, clearly I do. I think the speed of this machine does not allow the hot water to make enough contact with the coffee grounds, hence the weaker coffee and the need for two cups. Otherwise besides the expense it is great!
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value

Great brewer, with quick heat-up from cold shutdown. It's been reliable through the years, and it's taken good care of me (because I take good care of it). I strongly recommend using the in tank filter, especially if you have hard water. Each cup tastes great, and I've had absolutely no problems with it. However, my girlfriend, having the same brewer, did not have the same luck, the pump went bad. We called, and got it replaced (and it came with the larger tank, too!).

Excellent Customer Service

I love my Keurig Coffee Maker. Suddenly it stopped filling the cup to the amount I suggested, and after cleaning the needles, descaling etc., I called Customer Service and they sent me out a brand new coffee maker! I think that was so nice of them. Thank You Keurig!

I had the Platinum model and it was working great until it said that it had to "de-scale" I went through the process as described by Keurig web site, however, it would not work. I finally threw it away as it was not working at all. A coffee maker that costs that much should last longer than 1 year.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this is my 3 keurig...and have really enjoyed this machine. I use it every day; but this last one I have; which is the more expensive one is awful. I cant keep it working properly. It turns itself off and every time I descale, it acts up. This time I just descaled and now it won't come on at all. I am worried it is broken for sure and this one is not that old. Now, if I am faced to purchase another not sure it will be the same brand. I just do not understand!

We are on our 3rd brewer from Keurig. The first brewer had electronic issues after a year. The second brewer is now only brewing sometimes, and when it brews, it's noisy and only brews about a 1/4 of a cup. For such an expensive item, it has really disappointed us.
