Couldn't live without it

We work obscure hours so this coffee maker not only is well used in the morning 6-8 cups every morning - it gets a workout through the entire day. It keeps up and we have yet to have a problem with it. But what is even more important it has gotten me out of the "get up early to get coffee made" business and no more disagreements between "fru-fru" coffee and coffee that puts hair on your chest. Everyone is able to get what they want.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Multiple Settings, Durable, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Perfect for our family

This is perfect for our family. I am not a coffee drinker but my husband is. I love how our family can enjoy all our favorite drinks without having to use multiple brewing systems.

I had the Platinum model and it was working great until it said that it had to "de-scale" I went through the process as described by Keurig web site, however, it would not work. I finally threw it away as it was not working at all. A coffee maker that costs that much should last longer than 1 year.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Drain For The Sophisticated

One of the things that is not so great include the enability to drain the water from the inner tank/housing. There are too many steps (fill brew, fill brew)to empty water, and the water is still never completely drained.A coffee maker this sophisticated should have a drainage system so that when it is stored, it is stored without water sitting in the tank/housing. I am returning my system to [@]

Great design!

Thought was put into this appliance for the occasional "user error" mishap! My husband was making his "go" cup of coffee the other morning and didn't put his cup underneath. He returned a few minutes later to retrieve the non existent cup and finally realized that the coffee for the large cup was neatly contained in the base! No mess on the counter!

Still use a drip pot for large parties but have this available also for those who want a flavored or different coffee.

Time to find a different coffee brewer

I am on my second machine in less than 6 months. The first one started showing the Prime light after every brew -- after about 4 months of use, roughly 4 cups brewed a day. (We had to turn it off, unplug it, and then start over to brew another cup) I went through all the de-scaling and cleaning recommendations, and eventually returned the brewer for a new one. This one has lasted about 2 weeks...same problem. I will be returning this machine too. I don't think it's worth trying to go through this again. Hopefully I can find something else that is just as convenient yet actually works and lasts!

Cons: Poor Quality
