wish my keurig would keep working

this is my 3 keurig...and have really enjoyed this machine. I use it every day; but this last one I have; which is the more expensive one is awful. I cant keep it working properly. It turns itself off and every time I descale, it acts up. This time I just descaled and now it won't come on at all. I am worried it is broken for sure and this one is not that old. Now, if I am faced to purchase another not sure it will be the same brand. I just do not understand!

The descaleing process could be a little frustrating but I found that if you use purified water....you wont need to descale often.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Easy to use, Durable, Multiple Settings, Fast

Buy Starbucks instead! Wait for next gen

Worked OK for about 4-5 months. After that, would work 1/3 of the time. I did all of the recommended troubleshooting but did not work. Called Keurig and they would not fix it ("de-scale it again"). For a daily coffee maker to not work daily is a shame. For the price of this coffee maker, I could have got Starbucks everyday that it did work. DO NOT BUY CURRENT SYSTEM! Wait until the next generation so that they can work the bugs out. Highly disappointed with this product!

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Rarely works, Fragile, Pricey / Poor Value

SO FAR SO GOOD

Mine is only two weeks old, but so far so good. I was skeptical at first but I couldn't resist the [@] special price. It seems like it is made from cheap plastic so I hope it holds up. I really like the variety of beverages available.

I've loved my Keurig so much that we now have 3 of these brewers at work. I do know some co-workers have also purchased them for home use since I've gotten mine (almost 3 years now). Have been thinking about getting a second brewer for my second floor level at home.
Pros: Durable, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use
Cons: Just a "bit" noisy

2 Years and Going Strong

I bought a B70 over two years ago. We use this at least twice a day, sometimes up to 12 times a day. It has been working like a charm. De-Scale every 6 months and you are golden. Love It! When this one eventually dies, I will buy another one! Nothing lasts forever..

Good when it works

I just got off of the phone with Keurig customer service to get my second replacement unit in 2 years....the good news, Keurig does not hassle you at all if it is within a year (the first one broke after 11 months, the second after 10 months) and the warranty starts over for each replacement. That said, I would not think this product would have such a short life based on the price - when it works, it works great, no complaints.
Pros: Fast, Easy to use, Great Customer Service, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
