Kuerig Takes Care of its Customers!

My wife gave me a Platinum brewer 14 months ago. Worked well until a couple days ago when the motor started flaking out. After some unsuccessful troubleshooting steps & descaling attempt, Kuerig says they're going to replace my brewer at no charge, with a new one year warranty. This on a brewer that was out of warranty! This company takes care of its customers! I can tell you where we'll be purchasing our next brewer!

I love my coffe maker , Iam the only coffe drinker at home, but my family drink tea and hot cocoa, it pleace everybody and also is great for intant soups. we love it.When my coffe maker failed I contacted costumer service but nothing worked it was no way to be fixed ,but I was so deligted when they send a new coffe maker even when my guaranty was expired. Great costumer service! Great company!

The Platinum Brewing System is designed and UL approved for household use. Keurig recommends customers use Keurig brewers consistent with their intended use.

Terrible Brewers, Great Coffee and Great

First of all, Customer Service has been the best I have ever experienced with any company. However, the "CON" to that is I have had to contact them too many times for defective Brewers. I have now had 4 Brewers for my home and 4 Brewers for my office. The Brewers have to be redesigned or better Quality Control. I have had consistent problems with Short Cups, Priming issues, Burning smells, Power not turning on, and just not pushing any water through. While the coffee is great when they work, I am afraid Keurig has grown too fast and HAVE NOT given enough attention to the quality of Brewer Design or stability. If I have to return yet another Brewer, I will go back to the old style regular brewer or some other vendor. I would use these for my life time ....IF THEY EVER GET THE QUALITY PROBLEMS RESOLVED.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Customer Service

I had the "Prime" message appear after each cup of coffee. Tried trouble shooting per manual instructions...no luck. I called Keurig...walked me through, thought corrected.However still "Prime" message. I called the next day, they sent out new platinum brewer... received in 3 days! There was a different water resevoir - works great! We are definitely pleased.

I LOVE THE KEURIG BECAUSE IT IS SO AWESOME TO BE ABLE TO BREW COFFEE,TEA FOR ME OR CIDER AND CHOCOLATE FOR KIDS. WHAT I DON'T LOVE,IS THAT IT ONLY LASTED A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, WE DID SOME TROUBLESHOOTING, AND WHEN THAT DIDN'T WORK THEY SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE MY UNIT. NOW,THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! SUSAN,WHO WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. WAS A JOY TO WORK WITH. VERY COURTEOUS AND AN ASSET TO THE KEURIG TEAM.

Have had and used my Kuerig daily for 2.5 years and love it. Recently had my first (and only) issue with my brewer. Customer service not only handled my issue, but went well beyond my expectations in getting me back up and running. I'll now go from recommending a Kuerig when friends ask to recommending a Kuerig Brewer even when they don"t ask. Thanks Kuerig

great-except it breaks

I received this as a gift and the first one quit working in 3 weeks. The company was great and sent a new one, which lasted 10 months. The second replacement arrived today. Hopefully the third coffee maker is the charm, because I really like the product. Great coffee, easy to use, very nice. Kind of a pain having to use filtered water everytime but it does make the coffee taste better. Good customer service, I just wish I didn't have to call them as much!

Coffee never tasted this good!

I have a family of 5 so my Keurig Platinum brewer is used multiple times a day. Everyone loves it! Even my 9 year old can make her own hot chocolate. Making coffee has never been easier and has never tasted so good!
