LOVE my Keurig!!!

Cant say enough about my Keurig. I was hesitant about spending the money for one but have to say, the best investment I can remember making in an appliance. It is so clean, no mess and brews the perfect cup of coffee every time! Couldn't be more pleased. Customer service has been even better. Very knowledgagle and friendly staff. They totally stand behind their product. Had an older model that I purchased from an overstock store and had problems out of it. They promptly responded to my concerns and sent me a brand new newer model Keurig Platinum. My whole experience with the customer service team and my Keurig has been awesome!!!
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Durable, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Absolutely None

His coffee is black and medium roast. Her coffee is sometimes black sometimes flavored and sometimes its tea. The is a great machine and stylish too. Glad my sister FB so much about it.

Love this machine

I absolutely love this keurig. I have had no problems with it, the coffee is great and it is easy to use and fast. My husband is not a big coffee drinker and enjoys coffee out of the keurig better then the traditional coffee pot. My son loves hot cocoa from the keurig and usually I dont make it with water I use milk. Best machine ever and I will not be without it :)

Excellent customer service

I have owned two keurig brewers over the last 3 years. They tend to break down every 12-15 months- right around when waranty expires... is not durable however practical and makes delicious coffee. My last one was dripping water back in the reservoir, making short cups even though I diligently descale it every 4 months and always use distilled water. Customer service was awesome!! And it makes all the difference- they replaced the machine at no cost even though the warranty had expired few months ago- very fast service, knowledgeable and courteous representatives and pleasant service.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Fast, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Fragile

No durability but great customer service

I use the product daily, I've had at least one-brewer per year for the past several years. The only thing that keeps me hooked is that customer service is excellent, they replace faulty brewers quite quickly. It's very important to register your brewer, it will fail at some point. My parents had the same coffee machine for much of my childhood (until the glass pot would give out) - with Keurig owning the same brewer for more than a year seems to be the exception for me (yes I use filtered water and descale frequently). Keurig has a great coffee selection, but it's the customer service and the ease of replacement that keeps me attached. Great cup of coffee, EXCELLENT customer service but POOR quality brewers. Guess Keurig parent Green Mountain makes all its money on the pods, makes sense but margins would improve if the machines were better.
Pros: Sleek design, Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Fragile, Lacks durability

Only works for one year

This is my second brewer. It quits making a full cup of coffee after a year. I cleaned it with white vinegar and use bottled water and it still does not work like it should. It is also very noisy.The first one was a gift, so I thought maybe I received a lemon, but now the second one is doing the same thing the first one did. Keurig fix your problem.

Cons: Noisy
