I love the new K75 Platinum. I purchased my KSM90 December 2010 and and worked great. We upgraded today to the K75 to have more cup size choices. It Is quieter, faster and I love the cup size choices going to Travel mug size.
Pros: Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

poor manufacturing design

very poor assembly design and part that leak. assume that keurig is aware of this problem. solenoids leak onto transformer and air pump, thus causing air pump to quit working.solenoids are directly above these electrical components which get wet.
Pros: Easy to use

Service Life
on March 27, 2014

My wife and I normally have only one cup a day and I may make a cup of tes. This is the third unit that we have had in two years. Our daughter and several of our friends have the same machine and love them however, if you can get 2 years service out of one you are very lucky. I am an engineer and if I was ever associated with a product as unreliable as these machines, I would discontinue the product. Almost every comment from users is the same, too short a service life. This is not a cheap piece of equipment and after all the short life complaints over the years, if Keurig can't improve on the service life, my faith in the company and product is extremely low. There are competitors in the market and I will research their products service life before making another purchase.
Pros: Easy to use, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Stylish, Fast
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value, Unreliable, Short Service Life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After owning the B40 Elite for 3 years, I just upgraded to the K75 Platinum. I love this unit. The "blue lit" display on the larger 72 oz . water container and LCD.I usually leave the temp at 192 deg, but it's nice having the option and the same for cup sizes.
Pros: Fast, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use, Stylish, Container Size, Accommodates All Cup Sizes

Great concept, Coffee not strong enough
on March 25, 2014

This product is great in so many ways. It looks nice, easy to use, fast coffee, quiet, no mess. My only con is that my coffee is not strong enough. I do like to buy my own ground coffee (various flavors, some dark beans, some lighter beans, some reg and decaf) and the Keurig is not making the coffee as strong as I normally would. It tastes watery for my liking and almost like an iron taste sometimes. I have tried putting as much ground coffee as I could fit in the My K-cup Filter but I don't think the grounds get saturated enough because of the speed the coffee is being made. I will keep trying different things to try and make it stronger. Overall I am torn but will decide to keep it and possibly try a dark roast K-cup.
Pros: Easy to use, Fast, Stylish, Accommodates All Cup Sizes
Cons: Coffee Not Strong Enough

Two Years Old... and Awesome!
on March 24, 2014

I've had mt brewer for over two years now. Not a single problem. It brews everything, including just a single cup of hot water if I want to make other, non-Keurig, products. For those who think it's noisy or slow... it has to boil water. The unit isn't any noisier than I'd expect, and much quieter than my electric kettle. It's also much faster than the kettle too! I love how I can get all types of products in the K-Cups, and even reusable ones. This machine is so easy by son uses is. It's also our default wedding/house-warming gift.
Pros: Economical, Multiple Settings, Accommodates All Cup Sizes, Fast, Easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beware

Lasted a year, then must brew three or four times to get one mug of coffee. Takes forever to even brew, water goes back into water reservoir. This is my second machine, first machine only lasted a bit over two years. Clean regular so scale is not problem. Also use filtered water. Too expensive to keep buying.
Pros: Easy To Use When Working
Cons: Pricey / Poor Value
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
