Great Product But Can't Get Inside of it to clean

Not the best of pictures but this is one of the places that snapped off when I tried cleaning inside the fan

Thank you for taking the time out to visit our page. To clean this fan, we would recommend a combination of canned air and pipe cleaners. We do not recommend taking this fan apart.

Do Not buy this fan!

We bought 2 - 1 for ourselves, 1 for our son. His was broken in less than 6 months - we figured it was abused by a 12 year old and couldn't take it. Our fans tilt mechanism broke after about a year and could no longer be adjusted. Then it would only start moving if you set it on high and waited a bit. We took the grill off and used canned air to blow out the dust. It helped for a few days, then went back to the slow start again. Last evening we turned it on before bed, only to wake up a few hours later to a dead fan. After less than 2 years of use. Our next fan will definitely be another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hasn't worked right since I received it

I bought this fan in September of 2015 and from the first time I turned it on it hasn't worked right. The first speed doesn't work at all and the second speed makes so much noise you can't stay in the same room it's in. I bought a Holmes Blizzard fan 5 years ago here in the Dallas are and it worked great so I bought one from your company. Big mistake!

Purchased two fans. Both were more noisy than I expected. One had an annoying click when changing oscillating direction. I don't see a way to disassemble to clean the fan blades and shield. I plan to see how far I can take the clicking one apart and see if I can fix it.

Own three Blizzard fans

I bought these nearly two years ago. Two do not work anymore and the third is making noises, to the point I am afraid it will break down and cause a fire. I am disappointed in these fans, knowing that they only lasted two years.

Great fan very difficult to clean inside

I love this fan. It packs a big punch for its's size. The only issue I have is the ease of cleaning. Almost impossible to remove the front to get the dust out. Very tiny screws were used making it almost impossible for the average person to remove the front. Easier cleaning would improve my rating. If you can't clean the fan it stops working so this is very important. Makes me wonder if the company wants me to just buy a new fan.......we will see if they respond.
