Noisy and it squeaks!

I installed this as a wall fan on August 3, 2020 as a replacement for an old Holmes fan that eventualy died. Even at low speed this new fan is loud and soon afte putting it into service it developed an annoying squeak, like the sound of a cat coughing up a hairball.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
