Nice looking - but - I wish there was a "timer" on it like the last one I had. It showed you how many minutes you had left. I wish I could return it but don't have the receipt. Always keep your receipts people.

I bought this two weeks ago, and its broke already! one side will not catch when you try and toast. I had my last one for 20 years! I am so disappointed!

Only toasts bread on 1 side

Only have had this toaster for a month or so. When toasting 1,2 or 4 slices it only toasts on the outside of the bread. Inside is never cooked. If leaving in longer, it burns the 1 side and hardly toast other. Looking in toaster with no bread, the element does not turn orange like the outside. We will be purchasing another brand
