Elements do not work!

The left side of the toaster only toasts on one side because elements do not light

Very poor quality

After having a 2 slice equivalent of this toaster for many years, it gave out. We purchased this model as the replacement and it was terrible. The bagel setting and the frozen setting did not work any different than the regular setting, also, not all of the elements light up. I talked to the B & D representatives on the help line and they agreed to replace the toaster at no cost. After about 2 weeks we got the new toaster and it does exactly the same thing. Bagel toasted on both sides, etc. It is not worth the hassle to get it replaced again. We will work with it for a short period and then replace it with another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this toaster in July 2014 and one side (2 of the 4 slices) doesn't work any longer. I remember when I was growing up my parents only had one toaster for my entire childhood. You'd think with technological improvements things would last much longer than their warranty but not this.

I love this toaster. The wide slots are perfect for toasting bagels. It gives you many different temperature options, whether you are toasting bread, bagels or waffles. I highly recommend this toaster. Plus you can't beat the price.

I have had this toaster about 5 years and I really like it
I bought it because I wanted one that would toast English muffins and bagels.
It works great.
The cool sides are a plus and it is easy to clean..

Simply a great toaster

I won a toaster like this one in a TV contest over 50 years ago and it is still making great toast. It has been moved several times during out time in the military and has never let us down. I have several tools bought from you and all are great but this toaster is the best.

Would not recommend. Only toasted half well. Top elements barely even lit up. Longer pieces have to be flipped and turned.
