Sleek style and works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for a few months and it works great! I keep it out on the counter because it looks awesome and sleek with my other appliances. You can choose your level of how toasted you want your bread or bagel to be based on how much of a crisp you want. I like mine with a medium color of crisp. It cooks the item evenly and quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster is my favorite one I've had, and I've went through a lot of toasters. I have no problems fitting bagels in here, and that's usually an issue with other toasters. The browning knob works great and is pretty accurate compared to others and it's easy to clean out. The cancel button is also pretty convenient. Overall this is a great toaster and I would recommend it to everyone.

Toaster toasts the way it should!

Our no name toaster that lasted only a few years stopped working. We wanted to get a tried and tested brand, so we went with Black and Decker. So far, after a few days, we are satisfied with the size and function of our toaster. The settings seem to be accurate for lightness/darkness. We hope to keep this toaster for more than a few years.

Short cord

Just bought this lovely toaster but the cord is so short it will not let me take it all the way out of the counter garage it is stored in!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used,
you will need to make sure that the marked electrical rating of the detachable power-supply cord or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance. Also, the longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over. I want to assure you that we proactively monitor feedback from consumers like you to drive continuous improvement into our products, and your comments and experience will be shared with our Quality and Engineering Team. I'm confident your new toaster will provide excellent performance, but should you ever need assistance with it, I'd be happy to help.
