Bad product

Bought 2 weeks ago and was going to toast bagels for the first time.. Hit the Bagel button and sparks flew out and it would never eject anything after that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst toaster we've ever had!

This toaster is incapable of a consistent operation. The first slice on the number four setting is barely toasted, the next is almost burnt, and the third is somewhere in between. Adjusting the setting only frustrates the situation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible design

The very short electrical cord comes out from the FRONT of the toaster which make the reach even shorter and it is in the way. Plus the crumb tray is in the back so you have to unplug and turn it around to empty it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works wonderfully looks are lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In all honesty, for the cost, you get what you pay for. Its a perfectly fine toaster, does the job but I have owned many toasters and this one has minimal style and sturdiness. It gets the job done but things such as the handle you push down are flimsy and seem like they will break. Also the settings knob is the same way. Id give it a 6 stars out of 10.

Black and Decker is a brand I trust

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple two slice toaste that actually works very well. Slightly too ordinary in style for me, but I am very happy the results it produces. Black and Decker is a brand I trust and have found produces top quality appliances, so although I can not review on the longevity I believe it should be long lasting. The only thing I would change immediately would be the length of the cord (it is only 2' long and is attached towards one side)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Makes great toast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to receive this toaster, ours had stopped working right. I love the fact that it comes from Black & Decker, a brand I trust. This toaster is simple but effective and doesn’t have a dozen extra features and buttons that we don’t need. The frozen button is great for frozen waffles and pancakes and the cancel button is good for quickly stopping the toast making process. The 3 on the browning dial is perfect, it makes the prefect golden brown toast. I am extremely happy with this product, I would certainly recommend it to anyone in need to a good toaster.

Great Toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using this toaster. I love how there is a setting for frozen foods. I toasted a couple of frozen waffles and they came out evenly toasted, with my old toaster it would come out soggy in some places. Then I toasted some bagels and I loved how they fit in the slot without me having to thin them out to fit. I am really happy with my new toaster. I received this product to sample for my honest review.
I would recommend this to a friend!
