Big let down

We purchased this appliance over two years ago and stored it in our kitchen cupboards thinking our children would use it. We never did. It was relegated To the shelf with other appliances we thought we would use. When we took it out this week,it was used 2 times To blend yogurt and fresh fruit. On the third use, the blades did not rotate. In all we used it twice. Very dissapointed in this product. Usually, B & D is reliable. I would not recommend this particular product.

Blender part broken rendering product useless

I have had the same issue as many others who have submitted reviews. The plastic rotating part that spins the blender broke damaged (as shown in the picture) and now it's useless. This is clearly a faulty part. Where can I get a replacement part? I have only use it the most 5-10 times. So wasteful! Please advise.

Blender Coupling Striped

Blender work well for a few months, until the coupling striped. I see a lot of people having issues with that part, but I am unable to find it online.

Another broken blender review

Like all the other reviews here, we had the same problem. Used the blender only a handful of times, then something in the gears broke. Now it only spins if water is in it, put even soft foods in and nothing. Unacceptable. Clearly a faulty product part. Hopefully Black and Decker rights this.

Junk glass jar

Bought it a while ago. Used it less than 4 times. After blendering some food, wash the glass jar, slightly touched the sink faucet, then the glass broke! Then never used it again.
