Food Processor does not work

The blender is awesome. However the food processor worked only once.That's a real bummer!!

I had bought the product a little while ago I have had some good experiences with black and decker in the past so I had purchased this product but as I can see a lot of people had the same issues I did. I only used it once and the second time I went to use it wouldn’t work the light was on but nothing happened.

Broken

I used this blender for about of month making smoothies and the plastic coupling broke! I'm very disappointed as this unit is now useless. Is there a way I can get a replacement?

Decent product

I enjoyed the 2-1 feature. Very pleased with the food processor attachment. The blender, howerever, wasn’t as great. Left smoothies and ice with a few chunks. Have has this product for 4 years but have really only used if the past 2. It recently stopped working, won’t spin the blades... which is super disappointing because both the blender and food processor attachments are in perfect condition
I would recommend this to a friend!

Missing part

My sister bought this for me for a Christmas present and hadn’t opened it until Jan 17 . It was my grandsons birthday. I was hosting a party for him and I decided it would be a great idea to get out my new food processor. Well there was a part missing. I was so disappointed I could not use it because the disc stem was missing . If you purchase this make sure all the parts are in the box. I can not use the food processor now. !

Very disapointed

I received this as a birthday gift last june. I've used it only 4 or 5 times. I recently went to use it and a couple seconds after starting it up, a piece broke. I am very disapointed that it already stopped working. Appliances at that price should last longer than 5 times

Works great, but...

I have had mine for 2.5 years, and it works great, but all the WHITE plastic parts are breaking. First the white plastic piece in the center of the shredding disc, then the white plastic post that holds the disc and Now the main post that attaches to the inner post that holds the disc is cracked, in 3 spots. I don't understand why it is all the white plastic parts and I only use it about once a month on average. I LOVE this food processor, but I cannot afford to have to stop in the middle of prepping food and call to order parts I can not always afford. To Black & Decker, I think some of your plastic is a little too low quality for your name. I have always loved and trusted Black & Decker, but this is crazy!!

Parts break easily

My unit is a few years old. Use the processor alot. As with others, the white plastic piece on the shred blade broke apart rendering it useless. And yesterday while attempting hollandaise sauce I found that the blender blades no longer spin. Disappointing as I expected longer lasting quality products from Black and Decker.
