MY Tea Pot

Sits right next to the coffee pot in our home. Heats water fast. Looks good. Sturdy and durable. I have had it for over a year and it looks brand new. Nice screen to filter water in spout. Nothing else. Not fancy but works great.

Cover Latch

This is the second kettle I have had like this. The latch on my first one stopped holding the cover down (will not shut off if cover is lifted) and I had to replace it for a new kettle. My new kettle is only about 6 mos. old & I noticed the same thing happened. I put a piece of tape on my first one for awhile until I purchased another. Now I am having the same thing happen. After looking at it, I don't think I can replace the cover or repair the latch closure?

NOT Great

This kettle is very loud compared to the kettle I replaced it with, also the little plastic and mesh screen that comes with it does not fit properly, there is no way to get it to hook into the stainless steel sheet metal like it's intended to. It is too small for the hole.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best kettle

I bought this kettle for college about 10 years ago. We just had rho their it out today as it is leaking over our counter. Never had a problem with this kettle up until this past week. Great buy, looking for same model here in Northern Alberta

Love the item, but cannot find replacement parts

This kettle was in use daily, until I accidentally melted the bottom of it on the stove... I have searched the web extensively trying to find a replacement base and cannot. I do not wish to throw the pot away, but it is useless without the base. I wish the parts were readily available ANYWHERE! If anybody knows how to get the base replaced, I sure would appreciate them sharing the info with me.

Internal coating has eroded and being consumed

I'm very concerned that the inner coating, where the water is held, has been eroding over time. I noticed a bit of some material in my coffee, and after checking the kettle itself the coating has been flaking off for some time!
I am disgusted by this, and I am worried now for my health.

Works great, but cannot replace parts
