Maybe I have a faulty one?

I love the ease of the machine and the fact that I can brew directly into the cup, but the filter is terrible and even coarsely ground coffee is making its way through the filter and into my cup. I don't know if I have a faulty filter, but it ruins my cup of coffee. Is there a fix for this?

Durable, Simple and Handy

I've used the same one at home for over five years. It makes 3-5 cups of coffee EVERY day. It works great and makes a great cup of coffee. Three years ago, I bought another and took it into the office. Same experience, altho this one doesn't get as much use. I bought two more to backup my home and office coffeemakers, but I'm not sure whether I'll ever need them. Maybe I'll make them stocking stuffers for one of the kids.

Great For Office!!!

I bought this for my office, and I love it. The only thing that kept me from giving it five stars is the mug isn't stainless steel and, although it seems to be insulated, it doesn't keep the coffee hot any longer than a regular mug. Other than that, I've been very pleased with it. Thank you.

Great little coffee maker

I have owned this coffee maker for well over 5 years and it was a replacement for one that I had owned for about 10 years. I love this little machine. It quickly makes a nice hot cup of fresh coffee. I even got my father-in-law one and he was resistant at first (he's 84), but now that he knows how to use it he absolutely loves it. Unfortunately, my husband has damaged the filter basket so I am going to buy him a new machine. I hope that B&D will continue to carry this product. Oh, I also use it to make tea sometime.

This was the first coffee maker I bought when I started to drink coffee. Easy to use. No need for a filter or pods. Easy to clean and it comes with the travel mug. Doesnt take up much counter space either.

Great for one person. I drink coffee all the time but my husband doesnt like it. Good to go with my personal dosis at any time. Easy to use and clean. Doesnt need a lot of space and very easy yo take with you everywhere!

I bought this for myself because I generally drink one cup a day. It's easy to clean and no filter is necessary. One of the best kitchen appliances I've ever bought.

Awesome coffee maker

I bought this in 2020 when I got Covid. This little coffee maker helped out so much coffee but hot water for tea, and hot water for instant soups which is all I could eat. Love this coffee maker. And it's still working!
