I own 2 of the Artisan 837s. The quality is great. Easy to use. I would recommend them to anyone. Love the picture package feature and the CD printing ability.

Replaced my old Epson printer with the Epson Artisan 837. Set-up was easy, great features, fast printing. Have printed documents as well as pictures, have copied and scanned, with excellent quality results. Really enjoy convenience of the control panel and the "sleep" factor. Great price too!

just bought this epson artisan 837 today

I just bought this printer and I had some issues of doing head cleaning to get better prints. the first page was fine but next two or so pages printed with lines. after several times of head cleaing it cleared but for how long.
Other then that, this printer is great. easy setup no problems.
My last printer basically died because of ink pad service life went out. I understand that once this pad is ended life then you can not print any more and it is expensive to replace. buy another printer if you have this type of problem.
this 837 is great once everything is in order.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek Design & Easy Set-up All-in-One

This printer serves all my personal & business needs at a whim. Just bought it, so I'd have to see if this statement holds up. By the way, I saved almost 50% by buying an Open Box product. It came like new, but without the colorful original box.

Good All-in-One

So far, we've just got it set up, printed, copied, printed a photo and printed from e-mail. All the set-up went well. Everything we've done has been good quality. We haven't tried to print from iPad yet. I'm very satisfied with this machine, at this point.

Better than expected

I have owned and used many printers over the last 40 years. This is the best overall printer that I have owned or used. Price was good, print quality is very good, picture printout is both fast and vivid. My only concern is the print tray which seems to be lightly constructed, but seems to be sufficient. I have already recommended it to a friend.
