I HAVE BEEN USING MY EPSON RX620 FOR YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH IT.
BUT IT BEGAN TO GET TIRED AND A LITTLE CRANKY.
SO I HAVE BEEN DOING A LITTLE SHOPPING FOR A NEW PHOTO PRINTER. LIKED WHAT I SAW IN THE NEW ARTISAN 837. YOUR RECENT SALE OFFER WAS ALL I NEEDED.
MY PHOTO PRINTS NOW ARE BETTER THAN IF I SENT THEM TO A LAB FOR PROCESSING.
THE OTHER FEATURES WORK WELL AND I AM ONE HAPPY CAMPER.

I love the Epson Artisan printers because of the quality of the photo prints. Epson has made these printer easy to use and the exceptional quality is amazing. I have used many differant printers through the years and I would recommend the Epson Artisan to everyone that loves photography and printing their own pictures.

This is an amazing printer. I have been a professional photographer for over a year now and have wanted to print my own images within the studio to increase my income and control. Printers I have used in the past have all disappointed me. A friend of mine told me to try Epson, I had never done it before, but I am glad I took the chance. It was well worth the price.

EPSON Artisan 837 All-in-One Printer

I love this printer. I am both a fine artist and an editor, so I really need and appreciate the versatility and quality of the printed images. However, I suddenly find that I cannot print because I keep getting a message about the DVD configuration. Anyone have any ideas? This is an impediment to my work, and I hate to buy another printer---surely there is a solution to this problem?

Great Printer

I love this printer. It prints and copies documents quickly and the inks dry very quickly as well. I had heard from a few people that Epson printers are really good. Since my last one broke down after only 16 months of light use, I'm hoping this one will do much better. Here goes!

As every other Epson printer I have ever owner it is no surprise that it lives up to all my expectations. Installation and wireless configuration were a breeze. Print quality and speed are fantastic. Printing on CD with the internal CD tray happens at the touch of a button. Having the 2 paper tray sizes is very convenient. The only possible improvement I could imagine would be a slot through which you could feed an envelope. For people who want a truely All-in-one printer, this is it.

All of The 3 printers that I have had in the past have been Epsons. The printers gave me their faithful and EXCELLENT prints,scans and most importantly photos. Well I got suckered into purchasing another product. BAD purchase. Bottom line, I had nothing but trouble, not mention the print quality was horrible--so --bottom line I will never purchase anything but an Epson. The absolute best for my line of work.

Set up was a breeze, seamless really. Instructions were very easy to follow and clear. I don't have a CD rom on my laptop anymore and downloading the drivers and utilites from the Epson website was super easy. Wireless connection was no problem - just know your SSID and password. Printing is great and photo quality excellent - prints photos very fast. Haven't used it to scan yet but if what I've seen so far is any indication - should also be fast and easy. Also a very stylish printer - black, glossy and touch screen has high tech look. Only thing I would change about this printer is the footprint. It is not gigantic but bigger than I wanted. But for all of the plus qualities I can put up with the size. Hopefully next time I have to buy one it will come in a smaller size. All in all I would definitely recommend this printer.
